We drive past this place a lot and finally decided to check it out. It is a nice little diner, a bit dated inside, but super clean. Food was good diner type food, nothing too fancy but perfect for the kids. The service was amazing, really attentive and kind.
I had the special which was chicken breast with cream cheese and Philly cheese steak toppings and it was really really tasty. My kids split the Ukrainian plate which was also really nice and my husband was surprised by how big his burger was.
We will be back at some point.

Ordered the beef dip was served on the hotdog bun very little meat in it the ajue Was not hot. The phrase were cold and I had the turkey noodle soup and it was cold. The place is absolutely gone downhill and I will never eat there again. Gas station food is better than what they serve. I recommend nobody goes there.

The waitress was super friendly and accommodating. The cabbage rolls were tiny and had no meat or filling of any kind. Boiled cabbage rolled around more boiled cabbage. Pirogies were completely saturated and swimming in oil. The plate was just a tub of oil. I tried to separate them from the oil to a separate plate but they were so saturated that it was a waste of time. Soup was good, burger was ok. Burger would have been better if it was a homemade patty (that they have in house but only for Salisbury steak, I just wasn't allowed to have it on a burger). Good place, don't order the Ukrainian plate.

I had a poutine and deep fried pickles (I know. Healthy choices!) And both meals were amazing value for the dollar. The poutine was so swimming I cheese and Gravy it was basically "a fatmans stew"
The deep fried pickles suprised me. These ain't no regular battered spear. The batter was and dipping sauce were well seasoned with a mild kick of awesome sauce!!! Theyre slices, not spears, which is a perfect driving fod, they don't feel as thick and girthy n my hand when I hold it, but that's okay.. They're still simply scrumptious
My server, SUBLIME AND SUPERB! She's super sweet, fast, efficient, kind, courteous and on point in EVERY possible way. She made me feel right t home and comfortable as if I was back In my own home town small northern Alberta burger bar. She's simply the best, better than alllll the rest
SHOWERS ONLY 10 BUCKS! So bring a towel! Because the food here's so good.... you'll NEED to clean up after you finish 🤣😉🤤
