Highly disappointed…

We waited over 15min for our beaver tail with not many people in the store. The workers didn’t seem to have any interest in serving the food…

I wont come back if it doesn’t change…

Having eaten at a number of Beavertail chains across Canada, I don’t feel like this particular location lives up to expectations. It’s been hit or miss in the times I’ve been there.

First of all, the location was quite dirty. Hair by the til, dust built up, screws loose on the counter. It didn’t seem like there was proper sanitation in place as the gentleman from cash was going back to prepare dough to be fried. The ice cream freezer appears in dire need of being de-iced.

Bathrooms in the adjoining building were dirty, out of supplies, and smelled quite bad. I can’t speak to if this is part of the business or not.

The Beavertail itself was not cooked properly on my last visit; overdone on one side and dry. That being said, I have had perfectly done Beavertails from this location in the past.

It can definitely get busy so go in the evenings if or early when it opens but the service is good the food is amazing and there's nothing like a beaver tail on any kind of day

Server stated they weren't serving anyone at 1900 when hours stated they were open for another hour. Proceeded to serve the couple who came in after us and turn everyone else away.

Online shows open until 8pm, went in at 7pm and was told they were no longer taking anymore orders and were closing for the day. I get wanting to close up and go home if it's slow but an hour early when 20 people keep trying to come in? should maybe post hours on the storefront. When we asked when they were open until now the girl in the kitchen yelled at him to tell us they were closed and he said "idk we're open until right now I guess." And couldn't tell us actual business hours. Crappy :(

Charlotte, Melodie and Isaac MADE our experience! We couldn’t decide on a flavor so we had them surprise us. And they did not disappoint! They were friendly and we loved their choices. Cinnamon and sugar with lemon. Hazelnut spread with banana and cookie crumbles! Delish! We will be back tomorrow. Hopefully they will be working!

There is no other substitute for BeaverTails in regards of taste. Moreover, this location is scenic. We ordered and waited outside. Service was very good even with a long queue for orders. The place is very small. However, the food and service was top notch. So we ignored standing outside in the midst of a light shower.

Love the food!!! The best beavertails I've ever had! The routine was Heavenly and the banarama was amazing!!!
