We ate here while visiting the park. This is a great little cafe in Waterton. Food is good and coffee is as well. Prices are good.
We waited 45 minutes to get our food after ordering. The food was semi-warm. The food was good otherwise. Jaden was an excellent server. The place wasn't that busy when we ordered but others were getting their food before us. Would not recommend them. We were there 2 hours.
We had a tour at 10 just down the road so walked over for breakfast at 8:45 am. Got seated right away & order taken. We are simple breakfast people so I’m not talking about anything crazy. By 9:35 we still had no food. I asked if it would be much longer if so we would need to cancel it. So at 9:40 they bring our meal out in To Go boxes :/ She completely missed what I said (in simple English). Where am I supposed to eat within a block drive. Can’t bring it on the boat !! So now we eat as fast as we can as it’s 9:40 and we need to be there for 9:50. Almost an hour to get scrambled eggs, bacon & toast. Food was bland, bacon limp as all heck, scrambled eggs were one big blob. They do give fruit with it. We were not the only ones sitting for an hour waiting on food. Yes there 2 groups of 6-8, but one had already had their food. 3 tables with 2 each (including us). It’s also not a cheap breakfast. We won’t be back !!
We had breakfast here twice, which is going to result in a mixed review. Day 1: Service was excellent. I had ham and Swiss cheese French toast, which was exceptional, and I highly recommend. Day 2: Service was indifferent. I had a berry compote waffle, which was average. Also, when you put cold compote on a hot waffle, you end up with a cold waffle, not warm compote. (On day two, my wife ordered the French toast that I had on day one, and she also thought it was excellent.)
Food was okay, could have been a little hotter. Pretty straightforward stuff, breakfast. Server brought one incorrect order and disappeared so that we could not advise of the error. Place was not super busy and yet the food took 20 minutes or so to arrive.
Although bit pricy but quality of food, service was good.I highly reccomend this restaurant in Waterton.

We were ignored by the only employee we saw in the cafe. After waiting on the one customer she was helping, she disappeared into the back. When she came out, she proceeded to wait on the only other customer who came in after us. When we asked where/how we should order, she again ignored us. Don’t bother with this place. We walked out.
Attracted by the early opening time, we lined up to order breakfast. The “Hungry Hiker” was delicious and filling. It would have been nice to have had our coffee while we waited for our food, and I had to remind the server that I had ordered a specialty coffee. There may have been more seating in the back.
Went for breakfast but nothing special. Very basic. Small error in order, coffee bland. Service average. Wish there was something special but just there
The breakfast was reasonably priced and exceeded our expectations. I had the French toast and it came with fresh fruit and whippedcream

Pearls/Pizza of Waterton (all one place really) provided us a wonderful breakfast. Service was excellent and super friendly. Their eggs Benny is served on pulled pork, an interesting option to ham. My partner tried the French toast stuffed with ham and cheese and was delighted. Both came with a nice fruit medley.
Picked up some sandwiches for hiking here. They had a lot of other stuff including some fancy coffee, but we only needed lunch for our hike. Exactly what we needed and the food was good.
Amazing breakfast to end our Waterton vacation. Family of 4 - blueberry crumble waffles were excellent, my daughter loved the coloda pancakes and husband enjoyed his 2 eggs and 2 meat plate. The sausage was above expectations and amazingly delicious. We were there for 8am sit down service and our server was amazing! Friendly and quick, attentive service. Coffee cup was never empty. This was the best meal of our trip and a great way to end another amazing visit to Waterton. We will be back.
Ordered the Breakfast Panini, Granola Bowl, a latte and a drip coffee - All food was delicious, fresh and very satisfying. The barista (friendly, blonde woman) was helpful and easy to chat with. She was also training a new employee and doing a fantastic job. I was lucky enough to come early to snag a freshly baked cherry danish straight out of the oven! I will definitely return when I come back to Waterton. Well done!
I’ve been to Pearls a number of times and had good experiences. However, this time for breakfast it wasn’t as good. Our food took a long time to come out and the waffle and sausages were cold. It wasn’t overly busy when we came. Prices were high ($16 for 2 eggs, 2 sausages and 2 slices of toast)- but that’s to be expected in Waterton. They do have a nice menu with some fun French toast options to try. Our server was friendly but seemed a bit overwhelmed. Wondering if they were short staffed that morning. Hopefully next time we visit is better because it’s been really good in the past.
