Their water is horrible -I asked about it and they said it was tap water -absolutely horrible. Hamburger was good. Fries arrived cold so sent them back Service was very slow Won't be returning

Went to enjoy live music and dessert. It was very tasty. Our server was great. We loved our evening.

This was my first time dining at this restaurant, and it was a wonderful experience. We had a lovely table outside, perfect for people-watching, and were pleasantly surprised by the live music, it made for a nice atmosphere. I ordered the chicken ramen and my husband had the bison stew; both dishes were absolutely delicious. The service was fantastic as well, attentive and friendly. Overall, a great night out. I would definitely come back again!

Reservation for 2 wasn't ready but put at end of large table because we were hungry. It worked out.

The hostess found a table to accommodate our part of 4 and a dog and was able to seat us early from our booking time. Our server Connie was amazing!! The food was delicious, everyone enjoyed their meals.

An overall really nice experience. If you’re looking for a spot that has funny and engaging staff (that would be servers Syd and Connie), a very nice selection of on tap beer (based on choices from a great list of local/Alberta breweries), and tasty food (Birria Tacos were spicy and tender perfect) this is the spot.
Come for the great people, stay for the great food and drink - you won’t be disappointed.

We visited on Saturday and loved our experience. The server Vegas was wonderful and friendly. We definitely will be back when we come to Waterton again and will be sure to share with friends coming to the area

Had such a good time here. Connie started us off and killed it then Paige was our next server and she crushed it too. The staff is what brought us into here and we will be back tomorrow!

Connie and team at Thirsty Bear are amazing. Nachos are amazing. Connie’s service is top level. When in Waterton this is a must

Treated subhuman, won’t spend a dime there again. Bartenders treat you like garbage, will not serve you if you wear a few Military Unit patches and other National Park patches on a motorcycle vest.

Food was good, although had a “kick” to it. Very nice sitting outside. Waitress was nice, also.
