Stopped in for supper. The staff were friendly and personable. The food was great! Their patio is dog-friendly. We'll be back.

Zum's is iconic. When it was raining this morning and my other plans for the day were unexpectedly cancelled, I decided that bacon and potatoes would be the right thing. Zum's is just the yummiest coziest atmosphere in town. I'm sipping on my second coffee and reading a book, took a chance to type this up in gratitude.
My server this time was Coni and she was so friendly, energetic, kind, and attentive, that it made my cozy expected experience into an extra-wonderful experience.

Their Fried Chicken is one of the best chickens I've eaten in Canada.

They gave you three chicken that are really flavourful. The skin is crispy and the meat is juicy and tender. Their gravy on the mashed potato is also amazing but I wish there was more. Also as an asian, I'm loving the fact that they have rice as a side option!

We also ordered Chicken Alfredo which is okay but not mindblowing. We got our order pretty quick so that made us really happy.

The lady who cared for our table this dinner was very friendly and sweet as well. Adding to the beautiful patio and cheaper price compared to the other restaurans we saw nearby, Zum's is highly recommended.

Pathetic service, waited 20 mins but the staff preferred to take other people orders who arrived later than us. We called them and they completed ignore us. We heard good things about their food and wanted to try it but atleast they should work on their service. They were very quick to response others but maybe didn't like us so never bothered for us. Hope it improves for others as we are never coming back

I stopped at Zum’s Eatery in Waterton and was blown away! I ordered the classic burger and honestly, it was the best burger I’ve had in a really long time, juicy, flavorful, and cooked perfectly. And a great price. The whole atmosphere of the restaurant was super cute with great décor that made it feel welcoming. You can tell they put thought into both the food and the environment. I’ll definitely be coming back next time I’m in Waterton, highly recommend!

Horrible dining experience. I have no idea why the other reviews mentioned that the food is good. All the food was served cold. Maybe they changed the chef, i don’t know. Honestly, this place deserves 0 stars. OMG!

Worst experience ever in my life. Salmon is dry, rice is cold, steak is overcooked.

I have no idea what is going on here but you can tell they are not running business. You don’t even want to take pictures of the food when they were served. Flies everywhere, most servers are not welcoming. I can glad the server I got is nice. Thumb up to him. Didn’t tip anything as I don’t want to waste any more penny here

We went for lunch with high expectations after seeing their ad for “famous fried chicken,” but it turned out to be a big disappointment. The fries were greasy and burnt, and the fish fingers were overcooked too. It seemed like the oil hadn’t been changed in a while, and it upset my stomach for the rest of the night. The only positive was the service, which was good, but the food quality was a disaster. It was on $106 bill with a huge disappointment 😞.

It was nice, they also had Washrooms.

Good food, nice staff and a really short duration to wait for drinks and food. I’m vegetarian so there where some good vegetarian options but also lots with meat if you want that.
