Stopped in the other day. Might I say not a bad little place to eat. Had a lovely conversation with my kind waitress T…something. She definitely made this place something I will rave about and a reason for my return. The food here is absolutely delicious. Definitely will be back next time I head out to the lake

Delicious Emmy's Drunken Chicken, so tender and amazing!

The wait was quite long but the sever was very apologetic and the food was worth the wait. I had the Ukrainian Perogy Dinner, which was really really good, and my spouse had the Hot Turkey sandwich which was fantastic. We both thoroughly enjoyed our meals.

Katrina was fantastic, she came in with a warm smile and made us feel warm and welcome! She provided great service and even plugged in my phone for me cuz it was dying!!!

On Father’s Day 5 of us stopped for supper. We ordered 3 steak sandwiches and 2 Roast beef on panini bun, should have been easy to season but no flavour at all.
The coleslaw with the Roast beef could have been served with water, the taste was so bland.
All fountain drinks were flat and when asked to redo, excuses were made that using so much sofa during the day made it go flat fast. The 2nd glass was no better.
That said they didn’t charge for the sodas.
The service was ok, they WERE busy. This place is usually better than this. Quite disappointed for a special day.

Best fish tacos I've had in years!

This is what a local, hidden treasure should be! Wonderful place to break up a roadtrip and get some amazing comfort food. The hot turkey sandwich is Off The Charts! Chunky turkey, tasty gravy, and coleslaw on a........ Stuffing Waffle!!! Every mouthful was delicious.
The Big Bird Clubhouse is almost equally as impressive. The sourdough bread is fantastic.

We ordered 2 steak sandwiches, a chicken dish and a beef dip. The food was fine and adequate. We were staying at the Inn as a package and were given a 15.00 voucher to use at any of the restaurants in the village. We chose Chef on Pigeon. At the end of our meal, our server informed us that we should tip on the entire amount and not the reduced price as if we didn’t, she would have to pay the kitchen staff a percentage out of her own pocket. This is the second time that I have be with a group where this same server has come across as pretty rude and demanding. Anyone can figure out what amount to tip on. This is very unprofessional. I’m not sure if this is condoned or condemned by management.

Ive never sent my food back at a resteraunt until eating here. Was sat at a filthy table, was brought a glass of iced tea and it was covered in white goo on the outside because someone didn't wash their hands. Then the food. My fiance ordered a medium steak and was brought a rare steak that was burned on the outside and pink all the way through. I ordered the fish and chips and it was a thin piece frozen fish with the skin left on and severely overbattered and overcooked- along with BOILED vegetables. We asked for the manager and told her we would not be eating any of the food brought to us and she argued about the steak saying it's medium and definitely didn't put her customers first. We walked out. All around disgusting food, management and just an overall dirty place with no pride whatsoever. Ive read the other reviews here and for every negative review, the owner blames and name calls the customer names. See for yourself. Enter at your own risk

New Year’s Eve dinner was a solid zero. Spare ribs were dry, polenta was not even close to being polenta. So disappointing

A nice hidden gem in pigeon lake! Always like to stop here when in the area. Food is good and staff are nice and pleasant to deal with. We got the hot turkey sandwich and the Ukraine perogy dinner (some of our personal favorites). Would highly recommend stopping in if your in the area or willing to make a small detour.

6 adults and 2 five year olds and what a great experience. The portions are huge and very tasty plus you could tell that all ingredients were made fresh for example the gravy for the smoked brisket sandwich didn’t come out of a box. You have to order the broccoli app which is to die for. We’ll be back now that we live close by.

Horrible experience Firstly I want to say. Our waitress was wonderful. Our food was just ok. What made this a horrible experience was the owner that made an inappropriate comment after we requested to watch the Oilers /Flames game. He loudly responded what channel game do you want to watch,Chinese hockey? As he laughed out loud to himself. He was obviously intoxicated. A racist reference to Chinese folks that was sickening to hear. When confronted . He didn't apologize. He continued to make excuses for his comment. Needless to say. We will never be back when visiting the area.
