A nice hidden gem in pigeon lake! Always like to stop here when in the area. Food is good and staff are nice and pleasant to deal with. We got the hot turkey sandwich and the Ukraine perogy dinner (some of our personal favorites). Would highly recommend stopping in if your in the area or willing to make a small detour.
6 adults and 2 five year olds and what a great experience. The portions are huge and very tasty plus you could tell that all ingredients were made fresh for example the gravy for the smoked brisket sandwich didn’t come out of a box. You have to order the broccoli app which is to die for. We’ll be back now that we live close by.
Horrible experience
Firstly I want to say. Our waitress was wonderful. Our food was just ok. What made this a horrible experience was the owner that made an inappropriate comment after we requested to watch the Oilers /Flames game. He loudly responded what channel game do you want to watch,Chinese hockey? As he laughed out loud to himself. He was obviously intoxicated. A racist reference to Chinese folks that was sickening to hear. When confronted . He didn't apologize....
