Been there many times the food is great and the service is even better. If I could fix one thing it would be the hdmi splitter for there tv's in the main family area. 3 blue tvs are not to much of a bother but you might find someone hiding in the corner wondering if they double dossed one of there perscriptions one of these days and they might not be as happy about there experience.
There open late and have convenient litte USB plugs built into there booth areas. You can charge your phone while you dine in.

My husband and I had supper tonight at BP after a day of travelling. We were greeted with friendly smiles and seated promptly. Our waiter was Kaiden (not sure of spelling) and he was the best! He was friendly, attentive, informative about this evening’s specials and other offers. He offered refills and checked in with us periodically to see if we needed anything. He also helped us when the debit machine didn’t work properly, reset it and got it working for us. We were more than impressed with the service! Our meals were scrumptious (I highly recommend the fiesta salad! It was so incredibly flavorful and it is a large portion!) and our lemon pepper boneless wings were amazing! And I don’t know how often this is mentioned, but the dishes were sparkling clean and that is so appreciated. Well done to everyone at BP who was part of our dining experience.

Terrible experience at Boston Pizza. The food took forever and came out cold. My platter was a joke — one Thai Bite cut in half to make it look like two, pizza bread with zero cheese, and soggy cactus chips that weren’t even cooked properly. Absolute waste of money and time.

The food was fantastic, however the server was not great she never once asked if I needed a refill my glass was empty for 3/4 of the visit. Once we were done our meal and we paid the kids asked if they could get the deserts that came with their meals. She came back and tossed them on the table. She still got a 15% tip but could have been much better, you get what you earn.
The wings were amazing and the hungry man carnivore plate was so good. We definitely have it again.

Great experience for our hockey team. We were in town for a hockey tournament and stayed in Westlock. Boston Pizza Westlock was where we chose for our team gathering. Worked with Ashley (GM) to have everything arranged. Only problem was the blizzard. Ashley/team shifted from lunch to dinner and our players and families had a blast. Pre-ordered food came quickly and the staff were great managing everything. Thank you!
