Great experience for our hockey team. We were in town for a hockey tournament and stayed in Westlock. Boston Pizza Westlock was where we chose for our team gathering. Worked with Ashley (GM) to have everything arranged. Only problem was the blizzard. Ashley/team shifted from lunch to dinner and our players and families had a blast. Pre-ordered food came quickly and the staff were great managing everything. Thank you!

As a truck driver who spends a lot of time on the road, I have the opportunity to try out food in many corners of this beautiful province of Alberta. I'm passing through Westlock AB many years, and usually, as most truckers, I'm in some kind of hurry always. Here and there, when I finish my day in Westlock, if I see the opportunity to have a nice decent meal, I go to the restaurant. Tonight, I've been to Boston Pizza after good 5 years, and I gotta say this. THEY HAVE IMPROVED!
INSIDE IS CLEAN, NEW CHAIRS AND TABLE THAT ARE ACTUALLY COMFORTABLE TO SIT AND ENJOY YOUR MEAL. NO SMELL FROM THE KITCHEN WAS COMING IN THE DINING AREA. GIRL AT THE DOOR WAS WELCOMING. SERVER GIRL WAS ELOQUENT, POLITE, PLEASANT, KNOWLEDGEABLE, SHE TOOK GOOD CARE OF ME MAKING SURE MY DRINK CUP WAS REFILLED AND SHE WAS ALWAYS COMING BACK TO SEE HOW'S EVERYTHING TASTING.
FOOD WAS AMAZING
CHICKEN MUSHROOM FETTUCCINE WAS BIG IN SIZE, COOKED, CREAMY, CHICKEN WAS JUICY, MUSHROOMS WERE CUT IN NICE LARGER CHUNKS(MY PERSONAL PREFERENCE) AND VEGETABLES TASTED NICE, CHIVES AND TOMATO CUBES.

STEAK WAS DONE TO MY LIKING MEDIUM RARE WAS PERFECT. FOOD WAS PERFECT
ONLY THINGS I DIDN'T LIKE ARE: STEAK KNIFE WASN'T APPROPRIATE AS IT WAS EASY TO BENT. IT WAS LIKE FISH FILLETTING KNIFE. MAYBE THEY'LL UPGRADE THE CUTLERY AND THE BOWL WITH VEGGIES WAS INSIDE THE MAIN PLATE BUT THAT WOULDN'T BE AN ISSUE IF THERE WAS NO PAPER TOWEL UNDER THAT TINY BOWL. THAT PAPER GOT MOIST FROM THE MEAT JUICE AND MASHED PATATOES SO AT SOME POINT I GRABBED SOME PAPER ALONG WITH THE MASHED PATATOES MAYBE DON'T PUT PAPER WITH FOOD NEXT TIME.
OTHER THAN THAT THIS IS ONE SOLID 4 STAR PLACE TO EAT. AMOUNT OF FOOD AND PRICE AND QUALITY IS 5 STAR.
ONLY SERVING STYLE I'D SAY 4 STAR.

Destiny was so great unreal service never waited more then a minute after glass was empty changed tv for me just great service by her definitely hope one of her mangers see this as she deserves a raise!!! Great hire Boston pizza

Our waiter on the bar side was excellent, but the food fell short of expectations compared to other locations we've tried.
Ordered large ham and pineapple pizza. Hardly any sauce or pineapple. Follow-up: BP Westlock offered to replace our pizza. Thank you BP Westlock for quick and appreciated response.

Had delivery to my Hotel. How am I supposed eat my Salad no cutlery or napkins? I called restaurant got an I am sorry from girl answering no offer to remedy situation or offer of coupon or anything Not a happy camper
