Either use the tracker properly or don't use it at all. If the Pizza Tracker says "ready" on my end I shouldn't have to stand there and wait for you to make my pizza.

Husband ordered to have pizza ready at a certain time, I went to pick it up the board said ready but I had to wait 25 min for it. They said they were short staffed and I understand that but then don't put it on the order board as done. For the future maybe don't mark it as cooked and ready when its not.

Ordered food online about 12:00, said it was ready at 12:28. Walked over and open sign was off and door was locked. I guess pizza hut today. EDIT: waited another 20 minutes and still no luck. Have fun adding my order to the waste sheet. EDIT2: Employee went to use washroom and forgot to unlock door and turn on open sign. He apologized and gave me a coupon. Good enough for me, got my wings!

pizza was good enough, service was not. only 1 of my 2 pizzas was made. When the mistake was noticed I was told it would be 5 minutes to make the other. It took much longer than 5 minutes of course.
