If you want to use the app download at home and place your order, to get the free finger bucket you have to order on the app. I did it in the store and it takes 20 minutes to jump through all the hoops on the app

I have the food one star, but I don’t even know if it’s good or not, we never received our order. After ordering 2 sandwiches with fries and gravy and a pop, we got up and got a refund after 25 minutes of waiting for our order. The pack area lady said they dropped it and had to remake it, well even if that was the case, it only takes 8 minutes to cook the sandwich, they could have dropped 3 and taken less time. We were the only people in the restaurant, and a fellow came in and ordered a Sandwich and he didn’t have to wait. They didn’t even have the decency to tell us why our order was taking so long. Absolute no accountability from the staff. Was absolutely disgusted. Will never go back!

I've had food there some times last month and I've gotta admit that this place made best kfc than anywhere in edmonton. But the story is different today. I ordered 2 for 5 wrap deal and I've literally had the worst wrap ever, they literally wrapped a chicken tender in a wrap with no lettuce or anyother veggies unlike they did the last few times. The wraps were as small as sausages and had so much pepper in them that I literally could not finish eating them.

Westlock KFC I never bother with negative reviews but today I bought 6 pcs with two sides 6 pcs this chicken had 3 skinny drumsticks one dry wing and two backs one almost meatless the sides were ok but didn’t cover the cost of 33.59 so l probably won’t be getting anything here again service was ok But l was buying chicken!!!!

Bought wings and popcorn chicken tonight, they only gave us half the bucket and the wings were old and taste horrible. I would like to say im surprised but im not!!
