Ordered a breakfast bagel . What I got was a bagel with soggy lettuce and a rotten tomato and mayonnaise which is not even part of the order. The bacon was burnt. The hashbrowns weren’t cooked all the way. The people in Westlock need to be fired and new find employees. This happens everytime.

Came here at 11:30am. Literally half hour after lunch menu started. Ordered a big mac meal. Fries were cold and half cooked. The bun on the burger was so hard I could of played hockey with it. I brought it back to the counter and complained. Not 1 of the 8 people working seemed to care. Disgusting... absolutely disgusting. Do not recommend feeding it even to the dog. How long was it sitting out to be stale first thing in the morning. Oh almost forgot when I pumped one of the ketchup dispensers brown chunks came out. 🤢🤮🤢🤮

I honestly hope they justtake away this location and put something else here. People only go here at night because it is the only place open after 10 . Nikki/or Piper whatever her name and majority of th staff NEVER get the order right or they will repeat back the correct order and give u the wrong thing anyways! I know it is mcdonalds food osnt great but sholdnr have to pay 30-40 for 2 meals and then habe it be wrong/stale/cold/mushy/moldy like train better staff or shut this place down and open somethjng else thats open late. Staff are rude half of them dont even say hello they just throw machine at you. Like here pay for the food we arent going to give u lol

Me and my daughter went to the Mac Donald Westlock. My wallet was not Working.one of the employee named Yogesh helped me by paying from his pocket at that time.I am very thankful and grateful as he made my daughter’s day.god bless him..thank u for being kind brother!
I travel all over Western Canada with my job and go to McDonald's frequently . I have to say the Westlock location is consistently the worst . The employees just do not seem to care , the quality of the food preparation is not good. The head corporate office needs to come have a meal here…….
