This place is a joke. Can't make burgers at night time cause they are cleaning. This has been told to me on 5 seperate occasions. Clean 1 grill at a time maybe lmao Call and complain not even a call back. Had to drive to morinville to get my order. Won't be returning ever management is as bad as the workers. It's the only 24 hour resting town and it can't make burgers wow

Made an order it came in timely fashion but I ordered supersize everything and it all came out small fries and drink , went to check the receipt and there was no receipt , so I pulled into the parking lot and went inside , was greeted with a shitty attitude and another shitty attitude from the manager just because I wanted to check the receipt, idk the language barrier is something to consider , seems like all fast food places are going downhill . Seems like they have issues with completing an order properly, 1 out of 3 drive-through orders we get is wrong. For example, last time through we ordered a bacon chicken wrap and that is what showed on screen, yet we got chicken nuggets.

Food was meh we ordered a double filet o fish and was promptly told they don't have it at this time, where you go to any other McDonald's nearby and most of the time you can get whatever even late at night but here you can't and also when you ask why you don't get an answer they just lock the drive thru window and smile without getting answers to your questions

Food is typical McDonald's. Fries are usually fresh at this location but being right off of a real busy highway, it's usually a destination for people hoping to get out of their vehicle, stretch their legs and use the rest room. Especially if it says "open 24h" separately from their drive-through hours.
I submitted a correction so that people know not to expect a lobby after 10:50pm. I feel it's lazy and unprofessional for businesses not to provide a washroom for customers so I'm going to grab a bite to eat where customers are treated like people. IT also sucks the lobby is closed for customers because they can't get the free refills promised because staff/management don't want to do a second light cleaning while flipping signs for breakfast. (from experience I know it's not hard to keep the lobby open at night)
Parking: About 20 spots in the lot, more on the street n from for big trucks on the street
Wheelchair accessibility: Ramp by the spots requiring a permit
