Today, I ordered the Saturday Special Veggie Pizza. There was no option to add dipping sauce, so I called right away to include it in my order. When the delivery arrived, the driver was in such a rush that he didn’t say a single word and just shoved the payment machine in my face, leaving me no chance to ask about my order. Once he left, I opened the box and found there was no dipping sauce, even though I had been charged extra for it. I thought it might have been a mistake and decided to let it go since I was so hungry.
A few minutes later, I received an email asking for feedback on my order, so I submitted my comments online. Then, at 8:44 PM on Saturday, December 21, I received a call from Pizza Hut Westlock. A Filipino lady on the phone started shouting at me, speaking rudely, and mocking me by asking, “Did complaining online solve your problem? Did you get your money back?” She even laughed at me. It was shocking and disgusting to have an employee call and make fun of me for their own mistake. She swore at me and demanded to know why I complained online, saying I should have called instead.
Is this really your customer service? Employees mocking and swearing at customers for providing honest feedback? This behavior is completely unacceptable. Don’t go to this location. They are racist, never admit their mistakes, and instead make fun of customers for filling out a survey. What’s wrong with the management here? Why are employees like this not fired?

As for value for money and comparing it to other pizza joints in town, this place offers the best value by far. Pizza Hut is consistent with fast service, and though I hate to say it for a chain, they make better pizza than anyone else in town.

I called for a pickup , the special was 15.75 for a large , I didn’t know and I ordered a pep and bacon and it came out to almost 30 bucks . So I’m like why am I paying almost ten bucks more for a pickup pizza the lazy cashier just said “oh I hit the button” ya it would be nice if you informed me over the phone of the special so I could take an item off to save the money ….. unreal . Won’t be back .

I typically order pizza from Pizza Hut several times (3-5) on each town Im in over two weeks in around
This is the first time I’ve ever been disappointed and it was both the pizza and the service
I went to return a lousy pizza . (3/4) of a large I had ordered (a pizza I had tipped both 20% and $2 in the jar)
It was disgusting.. I had asked they replace the pizza with a medium .. the “supervisor” refused ..
When I reminded her I tipped her well .. she suggested in a passive aggressive manner “stick your hand in the tip jar and take your tip back”
She then said there was nothing she could do and said she’d have the manager call me
That was a week ago. No call received
This had been my third pizza …in under two weeks it would have been my forth but they forget to make my pizza earlier in the week, claiming g it was dinner time and they were overwhelmed
Skip this Pizza Hut location .. they don’t really care is you are satisfied

Have ordered from here on and off since they opened , again real hit and miss depending on staff. This order was just ok.This place is 2.5- 3 rating at best of times.

I ordered about 5 months ago and had a terrible experience to the point I will never go back. I sent my bf and my friends (as i was at work) to get 2 lg pizzas super easy right? Nope not at all. They charged me $83 for 3 lg pizzas (which were burnt) as the made the one pizza into 2. When it was told to the we only wanted 2 pizzas they blamed my bf and then refused to do anything with their mess up, I just wanted wanted a refund for the one pizza we didn't want/order, but nope refused to take blame and fix the mistake instead they did offer 1 free medium pizza for my inconvenience, all I wanted was 1 pizza refunded and to be given the right pizza which i didnt want burnt. So I did a survey and I havent received any response about my bad experience.

I love food from this Pizza HutBut I hate the attitude of the lady at front .Today I went and I ask if can talk with ownerShe suddenly chnge her way of talking and gives me very rude answers .I don’t understand what kind of attitude she haveIf somebody come inside and ask for some higher authority that doesn’t means we are there for complain there should be something important.

Have been here 4 times in the last few weeks. Everytime it was fantastic pizza. Good amount of sauce, cheese and toppings, it's been well cooked every time.
