Terrible service had to repeat order 5 times and still didn’t get it right. I ordered a chipotle chicken wrap and they gave me shredded chicken.. I went in to request they made it with grilled chicken and apparently they never offered that type of option. As well wrap came with one tablespoon of chicken one leaf of soggy lettuce and a tiny slice of tomato? Dissatisfied to say the least.. do better

Was going for a quick bite to eat for lunch at Tim hortons in westlock. I only get 30mins for a lunch break and that’s already short enough as it is. Placed my order in the drive thru then was parked up front to wait on food. 15mins go by as I’ve already wasted my entire lunch break waiting on my order. Finally I had to physically go inside and grab my food. Meanwhile 3-5 vehicles get in and out of the drive thru with ease.
Terrible customer service. Terrible service and wait times. Don’t even get me started on the drive thru orders. I should not have to repeat my order 3-4 times and the person still gets it wrong. Learn some English
