I was just in the drive through at about 10:30 this morning. This location is currently under construction. I was waiting at the speaker to order where a wind gust blew one of their signs in my vehicle. After pulling up to the window I informed the clerk what happened and she called the manager. He showed up and after explaining what happened he got defensive not willing to even really engage. All he said this is a public place. After I asked if he will take responsibility for the damage since it was caused by his unsecured equipment he said no, this is a public place. For my knowledge any public establishment is responsible to provide safe and secure environments. I will escalate this matter and consult legal advice. Ian, if you’re reading this, I’m very disappointed on how you handled the situation.

Westlock Tim Hortons will ALWAYS get your order wrong and if you can’t turn around to go back because you have somewhere to be, they will tell you to hold onto the food until you can bring it to them before they fix there mistake. McDonald’s has better service, making sure there is a free sandwich if they mess up. These guys seriously need to make some changes.

The food and service was great here especially Mrs Ana who was so polite and professional and has such a beautiful smile which made my experience even better.
