Not any good today. Window person could not hear, had to try ordering 4x. We had 3 sundaes. Got to the till, wrong size on order got small, which had to be changed to large. Charged us the wrong amount. So he had to redo the order on his screen, then subtract the amount we had already paid, because of his mistake. Bad! Really bad today.

Very impressive staff. There are about 3 drive-thru ladies, of all ages and they are all fantastic, almost too personable lol. But that's a good problem to have. Never mess up my order, always remember ketchup when I ask.
But more importantly, their cooks are very consistent. I've been here honestly close to 100 times and it's always been good (except once I had a weirdly soggy bun) but that's totally fine in comparison to a place like McDonalds who has a 50% chance of giving you the wrong order.
The server was rude. A few weeks ago I paid in cash and they did not give me all my change, they tried to keep my $5 bill instead of giving it to me. I’m not happy with that I would expect

dq food is always great. the girl who took our order was awesome! i think her name was Savannah? when she brought our food to the table she said "sorry it took longer than it should have, here's some coupons" for a free ice cream cone!
