Nice place, there is many slot machines and horse racing (digital). If I had one suggestion, it would be to get some pool tables. Good food.

My wife told me about this place so much and we went to have supper 🍽, it was a old style restaurant but very nice and clean, the was good I enjoyed it, we will stop in again on our next visit in the area, do stop in if you're in the area.

Went to 'Wing Wednesday' with my son and was very happy with the service and the food. The beer on tap selection is pretty good and our server was top notch. I can't remember her name but I will edit and add her when I can.

I have always had great service here and always comes with a smile. Dayna served me last time I was there and she is a beautiful soul with a great sense of humor I'm not from Wetaskiwin but when I am, I only stop at Barney's there is no reason to go anywhere else, and if you want a peaceful patio, this is the one as it is quiet, closed in from the public and has a beautiful Pond with a flat rock waterfall, any says they they didn't have a good experience was obviously having a bad day themselves. Thank you to all at Barney's pub and grill😃see ya soon

Decent food... I had a nice waitress but she was quite forgetful including my silverware 😂 but being a nice person is better than being an efficient one, manners are important! I will definitely give them another try.

Food was ok; skimpy portions when it comes to the fries; they like to over market yet not deliver; they served what was lacking at the end of the meal. It was nice and quiet to have a meal and conversation at the same time. The waitress was nice and attentive.
We just moved to Wetaskiwin and first real “date night”, was really pleased with the place: nice pub, great food, good beer and drink selection and very good service as well. We were served by the manager (Dona I think? I’m bad with names so don’t quote me :) ) and she was awesome to deal with. Will definitely be back!!!

We are long time barneys patrons To the point where we know all the servers by name and are close friends with many staff members. Tonight we went for wing night and the wings were great . But I am a life long fan of mexican food having lived in Texas for 15 years I have eaten and enjoyed more than my share of mexican food . So barneys is hosting a mexican menu and I was eager to try and enjoy some good mexican food. Well I was terribly disappointed I must say if you have no idea how to prepare mexican food then don't bother I ordered the beef quesadilla. Well it was so off the scale spicy that I went blind in one eye ( and I love very spicy food ) But this tripe was garish at best First you never use ground beef in a quesadilla you instead use shredded beef. Fyi prepare you jalapeños by removing the seeds this way it's flavored but you won't go blind eating the dish This dish requires more than just beef and jalapeños but apparently no one bothered to tell the greatly unskilled cook ( i say cook because there is no way that the individual who made this is a chef). If you are going to offer a menu please make sure you know how to prepare the dishes you say you know how to make In the end it was completely inedible and I returned the dish as unsatisfactory and I was still billed for the dish . This was not acceptable. If you have no idea what you are doing then don't do it. We were very unhappy with this visit and really don't know if we will be back This was beyond shameful
