The staff were polite and helpful, the food is most likely how they're told to make it but it's $30+ for a medium with lots of dough and very little in the way of toppings. I called ahead to return one of the two as the flavour was off and we were credited a med pizza with our next order, which is great and I was happy. Today we're not feeling so hot though, my daughters both have tummy aches and the runs whereas I've just been feeling nauseous , I haven't called again yet but will update when I do as they should look into what might be making others sick.

Server walked away from me and served someone new in the middle of me ordering When food came out it was cold and my allergy requests were not cared for I asked for no peppers and no onions and you could see that they put them on then picked them off I've tried to give this location many chances cuz it is local to me but I consistently have bad service and the food is always bad I recommend going to leduc location if you want Boston pizza

I've had food from dozens of various BP's over many years and must say that the delivery we received lastnight was horrible. Ordered a small deluxe with triple cheese, red onion and black olives and extra sauce along with an order of hot wings. 57 bucks and the pizza had less cheese than a frozen McCains. The red onion included onion skin that was inedible, sauce only on the rim of the crust, a few black olives in the very center of the pie and all but 2 of the chicken wings were shattered as if beaten up with a hammer which made them inedible as well with the shreds of bones. What the hell was that anyway? The worst food experience in 3 years in Wetaskiwin and that's saying some. Unreal!

Food is sort of a gamble. Guess it depends on who the cook is for the evening. You want mashed potatoes or a runny oatmeal looking thing that easily slides off your plate if you tilt it. Food is super greasy or not cooked enough. Tables sometimes get missed before seating people. Sometimes, just the ends get wiped, and the inner areas get missed and are dirty.
Almost every boston pizza is lacking these days. Usually, will try opt for anything else first before having to sit at a boston pizza.
Public areas have nice art, but cleanliness is a miss.
