The waitress wasn’t busy at all. She gave us very poor service she wouldn’t clear plates as we finished nor refilled water without being asked. We ordered the veal schnitzel and I couldn’t physically eat it as it tasted freezer burnt and highly processed. Carrots and green beans were undercooked. Horrible experience. Will never go back. Shabby menus that needed replacing. The inside of the restaurant needs a deep cleaning and a fresh coat of paint. Worst meal I’ve ever tried to eat. Couldn’t physically even come close to finishing the meal it was gross. 🤮

Castle is our favorite place to eat here in Wetaskiwin, excellent service and yummy eats. We have eaten in as well as delivery. Tonight I'm really going to enjoy thier Thanksgiving special and already know it's going to be delicious as always. Whenever we've eaten in, the service was topnotch, luv the servers, so friendly and very efficient.

We went last night my nephew and i treinta to support local Bussiness and we are absolutely satisficed with prices, flavour and service, meal s were overwhelmingly delicious and filling, big portions i had rack of ribs and is server with rice, baje potato & suour cream, greek salad omg i still feel the delicious flavor my nephew had Pork chops served too with a lot of sides and toppings i forgot the name of that dish, the Waiter name d Riz was so kind, efficient and fast, we had an absolute wonderful dining experience and prices very afloradable, we will be back for sure pretty soon

This place expects you to eat hot Lasagna Supreme without cutlery (for delivery). During the conversation on the phone they mentioned- typically people eat at home, seriously! Thats the sense of the delivery? Such a poor customer service:( Totally unprofessional, do not recommend this place to anyone.

I ordered a steak—fitting, considering it's the restaurant's namesake. It took three tries: the first was burnt to a crisp, the second nearly raw, and the third appeared to be the same undercooked piece passed off as “well-done.” I had asked for medium.

Went to eat here on June 20, 2025 @ around 1PM ish with my partner only to be very disappointed. The menu we were given had very little selection, mostly sandwiches and salads (not very steakhouse of them). He ordered orange juice and a clubhouse, the orange juice was so watered down and the fries tasted freezer burnt. My ceaser salad was so salty. Very disappointing, wouldn't reccomend. They said buisness was slow, I see why. The only good part was my cold iced tea.

Came here because we wanted bfast and the casino was closed. The waitress was amazing. She was friendly and out going. Brought the food quickly. It was delicious! Definitely would make the drive from Edmonton again.
