I've never seen a Daily Queen as dirty as this one. The windows look like they've never been cleaned. We were a group of 7 and I had to clean the tables and seats where we ate myself because they were all dirty. And to top it off, none of the kids we had were able to use the bathroom because they put up a sign that said it closed at 8:30 pm, an hour and a half before closing time. If the business had been full of people, I would understand, but there were only a couple other customers there when we were there. We let the staff know about our dissatisfaction, but they didn't seem to care much.

Was in the drive through 5 to close and they had already turned the speaker off despite the menu lights being on. After waiting a second and realizing this we pulled to the window. They had put a garbage can infront of the window, while I sit there trying to mention it's not 10pm yet, they put cardboard up. Not really cool as a corporate company to close before the time listed. Good customer service would be to refuse items that take longer than the time before close, and allow simpler things like ice cream which was all we were hoping for. 2 ice creams. Disappointed.

Went there today, spent over $8 on a blizzard and asked for extra Oreos and cheesecake in it. I got maybe 2 or 3 chunks of Oreos and 1 chunk of cheesecake. This is a regular occurrence. If you want a nice treat DO NOT GO HERE
They had a play place, was the only place to go when it was cold/snowy/wet for my little to play that didn't cost money. It's been closed for months. The service is good, for the most part the staff are kind.

Went threw the drive thru tonight ordered a mint oreo blizzard extra sauce and a banana split extra toppings. Get to the window and the blizzard is still white so I asked again for extra mint and the guy just drizzled it on top. The banana split barely had toppings, except the whip cream. They did add extra whip cream..
