I order using the app and I NEVER click on include a paper bag. I always have a bag to use but the Wetaskiwin site ALWAYS has my food in a bag AND CHARGES ME FOR IT. NOT HAPPY. It’s only 25 cents but should be MY choice not theirs. I will be taking this up with the manager on my next visit.

I have no negative feed back whatsoever I eat here quite often. The other night I went in almost 5 minutes after close and they still cooked my dinner for me! It’s amazing service you’re greeted by everyone the moment you walk in to the moment you leave💟

Came in to order some food today, I'm very unhappy with my service. The man who was serving me was very rude and unprofessional. He was an older Asian male around 40. He was speaking very loudly and he would give me very short answers like he does not want to be there. I walked out of the restaurant and he shouted curse words me as I left. Everybody inside of the restaurant was looking at him wondering why he's shouted. Another customer came up to me while I was getting into my vehicle saying that the man did the same thing to her as well. I'm so disturbed by the actions of this employee and do not feel safe getting my lunch there anymore.

We’ve ordered here before and loved the flavors, but noticed the chicken portions seemed off. This time, we weighed it. My sumo-sized meal, which should have had double chicken (9 oz), only had 3.8 oz, while my wife's regular teriyaki, supposed to be 4.5 oz, had just 3.1 oz. The manager was eager to correct the situation, but the reality is, if they’re doing this to us, they’re likely doing it to others as well. That’s not the kind of business we want to support. We won’t be returning.

Totally watered down sauce. It's almost a clear terryaki sauce. What happened Edo? Not impressed.

Went there for a teriyaki chicken dish. Awful portion of meat on the top just looked like a big bowl of rice. Told the staff and wouldn’t do anything about it or offer more meat. Way over priced for paying for rice.
