Ordered my sons birthday cake here and I must say it never disappoints. Always the best in town definitely coming here againš
We ordered a gluten free cake from this bakery and it was very good. Couldnāt even tell it was gluten free.
DO NOT GET YOUR WEDDING CAKE HERE.
They say that at every wedding, at least one thing goes wrong, this establishment was our one thing. This bakery does not know how to anchor a cake for the life of them.
Usually to anchor a second tier, you make a pipe hole in the middle and put a pipe through the cake to prevent sliding. But in our cake they used three short skewers about the length of my hand. Before the cake was even in the van, it had shifted and also smudged because the box they gave us was Frankensteinād together and any movement made the cake touch the sides.
My dad drove as carefully and smoothly as possible, but because the top wasnāt anchored, the cake naturally shifted and slid, hitting the back of the box, ruining the border icing.
When we carried the cake it moved like jello. It was impossible to preserve. We had to cover it with fake flowers, and hide the destroyed side of the cake from guests. But this was easily the most stressful part of our wedding.
And lastly the āmarbleā tier was not marble. It was vanilla with a sprinkle of something brown, at first I thought the āchocolateā in the marble was something gross in the batter; but it was just a sad attempt to make vanilla look like marble.
James (owner) shouldnāt be offering wedding services if heās not educated on basic cake knowledge like anchoring a second tier.

I have ordered a birthday cake recently. I ordered for Barbie shaped red velvet base with chocolate moose filling. It costs $62/-Cake looked nice, but it wasnāt red velvet exactly and very hard base with worst filling. It was flooded with filling and not even good as we expected. It spoiled the celebration. Invitees didnāt enjoyed it. Finally we throw the whole cake after the party. Worst cake I tried in town. Safeway and Walmart has much better cakes and cheaper though. Will never suggest!!!

The best Black Forest Cake Iāve ever consumed. Amazing. Made with real ingredients. Real cream. Sooooo good. Thank you?
Just popped into this little gem in Wetaskiwin today. Next time I need a cake for a special occasion, this is where I will go! Linda was so kind and very helpful! The banana bread slice I had was excellent! Once I eat my cupcake I will update the star rating at that point. I will be back to try something else!
