Today Around 1:50pm been there in kfc wetaskiwin want to order but crew in a counter was not given me attention waiting for 5 minutes standing in front of him and still not saying anything, contuining what he is doing in a POS so i decided to leave...so dissappointed.

NEVER buying KFC from here again!!!! The breading on the chicken was SUPER THIN and Falling off the chicken and GREASY, the fries tasted like they were boiled rather than fried. I'M SO UPSET THAT I WASTED just under $100 there!!!! They forgot to include the two other sides that come with the feast deal only remembered the gravy!!! NEVER AGAIN WILL MY FAMILY BE WASTING OUR MONEY THERE!!!!! The service SUCKED the employee couldn't even muster a smile.

The food was fresh, the store clean and the staff were great, but the SALT. Ruined our lunch. The salt on the onion rings, fries AND in yhe batter on the tenders was so much it burned my mouth and lips. This is NOT how KFC should taste so I'm knocking off a star. Also, we weren't offered condiments and had to go searching.

Despite the average reviews for a KFC I think this location deserve at least 4/5.
Placed a mobile order for pickup and the service was quick, inside it's modern a clean throughout, staff were polite and my order was handed in with a smile.
The chicken was pretty good and I can tell it was made fresh maybe not so for the fries; still I'm satisfied.

I would give KFC zero stars if I could, but I have to settle for one. We ordered a 16-piece all-white meat chicken, yet they informed us that they could only provide a maximum of 10 pieces of white chicken even though we paid extra to have all 16 pieces white. After discussing this, they offered to add a side as compensation, so we agreed to receive some popcorn chicken.
When we got home, we discovered that they had still shorted us six pieces of chicken. The popcorn chicken was cold and came without any dipping sauce. To make matters worse, the fries were icy cold, and the chicken was dripping with grease. Upon calling the restaurant, they offered for us to come pick up the remaining chicken.
After trying to drain some grease from the chicken, we were horrified to see the oil used was old and stale, which likely explains why the chicken wasn't cooked properly and absorbed so much grease. The only highlight of our meal was the macaroni salad we picked up from Mary Browns Chicken.
