I placed 2 orders and paid extra for 2 drinks, but when i got my orders there's a lot of missing.. no drinks,no salad or macaroni, and no dip sauce. And i asked to delivery guy,and he said rudely not his problem, call the kcf.. 😡

Drive thru we could barely hear the drive thru person and they weren’t replying or hearing us much. Then once that finally worked we were told to wait 25 mins for the chicken. We waited and went in 2 separate times. The last one at 45 mins and the bag was sitting for over 20 mins Edit: Just got home and we didn’t even have half the order

Tried to order early so food would be ready at a specific pick up time. I already paid and when I got there it was not ready, I had already ordered food from another place before and picked it up. When I got there multiple orders were going out and I had already paid for mine expecting it to be ready. Very disappointing as I had a specific time for my guests to eat and the other food was cold by the time I got there, if the order was ready everything would have been fine. Waited 20 minutes just for my food, when I ordered a big order ahead of time so it would be ready. All they offered was drink! Still waited 20 minutes with multiple ordered going out! sad and terrible management

Ordered on the app, got there to pick it up and items I ordered were unavailable. Not easy to do a return from an online order and not instant. Store had to cancel order, I had to wait for my refund and had to pay for another order so I’m out $90. Not convenient. If items are unavailable, they should not be available to order on the app.
