I always order my morning coffee from this McDonald’s and I’m served by different team members. Today, Rammy served me, and she was very polite, friendly, and quick. I really appreciate the great service here every morning!

I ordered a grilled chicken deluxe WITH bacon and when I opened the back at home , I was surprised to see that the bacon was not present ! I waited 18 minutes for that chicken!!! Really disappointed

I frequent this location. Usually drive through. They usually make you wait for your food but that’s not my main issue. They usually charge an additional .50 cents per mayo packet and today they upped the price to .60 cents. I just think if you are spending $50 on your order they should at least give you mayo for free.. I get home with my food today to find they didn’t give me a double quarter pounder only a single. Paid for a double. In the double box but only a single. Also asked for no ice in our drinks all half ice.

This McDonald's is the worst. The customer service is non existent. When I ask for cheese they will not give it to me and say they dont have a button for cheese. The also dont fill the frie containers with fries. The fries containers are usually half full. If I could give them a negative star I would.

Everytime we’ve come lately, prices have gone up. The extra value meals have gone up 25% in 3 weeks! Yet you can go to another location and pay $5.98 but here that same meal is $7.78. When you ask for a small pop, you’re given a medium (with the extra charge) and the same thing with fries - ask for small and get a medium at an extra charge. We use the drive thru - ask for 4 packets of ketchup - get 2 along with one napkin to share. We’ll be going elsewhere.

Staff constantly talk over you when you try to make your order. If they are quiet when you're making your order, it's usually because they are not listening. They are asking you to park your vehicle, as they are shoving drinks at you. They park so many cars at a time there is not enough of the designated waiting spots. Drink orders are often wrong. Fries are often cold. We've gotten cheeseburgers with no hamburger patty, more than once. Charged for sauces we don't end up getting.

Will you select going to McDonald's for a treat once in awhile. But I think we're going to stay far away at this time. Every time we go and we place an order on the app for a mobile pickup or in store pickup there is always an issue and something needs to be substituted or they're out of something. The app is able to tell me that I can't get certain things but yet when it comes to a smoothie or a milkshake it's unable to tell me that they can't fulfill that part of my order but they still take my money. And then I'm told that I'm unable to get a refund I must substitute it for something less in price or I'm offered something less than what I paid. So for this reason I think at this point in time we are going to stay far away from McDonald's!

My husband ordered a 2 crispy chicken burgers they were BURNT (already home when we discovered this mess) and this morning we waited 10 min for our breakfast sandwiches. I have never been the McDonald's in wetaskiwin AND NOT been asked to pull around and wait. HONESTLY I think I would faint if they were on time and I was given good promptly.

Mcdonald's I'm so so sorry for how I acted after I realized I lost my phone and me cursing and getting mad while walking outside was unprofessional of me thank you guys for finding it I'm so happy nobody stole it so I'm very thankful of u guys again I'm very sorry and hope everyone has a great day ty so much guys
