My husband ordered a 2 crispy chicken burgers they were BURNT (already home when we discovered this mess) and this morning we waited 10 min for our breakfast sandwiches. I have never been the McDonald's in wetaskiwin AND NOT been asked to pull around and wait. HONESTLY I think I would faint if they were on time and I was given good promptly.

I can't believe I pulled into the lane at McDonald's just for them to tell me that there is no ice cream. Try backing up out of McDonald's. It is not fun.

April 28 approx 8:30 pm, we were served at the drive through by Ryan, he took our order, was very polite, didn't cut us off or sound miserable to be there. If you keep hiring staff like Ryan, who is competent and polite, I will start coming back here more often. Thanks Ryan!

THE FOOD WAS 5 star quality!!!! Big Mac was 🔥🔥🔥.The workers were very polite and kind especially Alex Roy and Keagan Gilbert. These two young boys were cute and outstanding workers, I lowkey wanted to give them two hand double stroke at the same time. We need more workers like them. I will be coming back for more.

Lobby locked during open hours, when I called to ask if they were open or closed I was informed they locked the door because of the homeless.
Went through drive-thru, ordered coffees only. Was shorted $5.00 in the change, but no problem at second window to get that problem remedied

When they get your order wrong they seem to have a horrible attitude towards you, slamming the drive thru window and making it seem as though the fault was because of the customer when in reality most of the staff cannot comprehend even the most simple requests, they cannot comprehend you when you try to tell them what they messed up and still cannot apologize when they realize they were at fault. After all of the bad reviews you would think something would change but it seems to keep getting worse. Horrible service, train them better before letting them do things on their own. A comprehension and math test should be required during interviews.

If you go there for breakfast at 6 am and want to add a hash brown, you get one from the day before 🤮 this morning I ordered a coffee black I like there coffee, however today it was 50% water probably from yesterday and warmed up again, I’m not impressed
