The only reason it's not 1 star is that the delivery driver was good. The main issue I had was that the cheesy pull-a-parts that I ordered were raw. Cheese on top was melted, but the dough was so undercooked that the raw dough was cold. Also had almost no sauce on my boneless bites, and the pizza was only okay

Tried to order delivery I live 500 m from Pizza Hut and somehow that’s too far for delivery?? Like what. I’m a single mom and I just wanted pizza ordered to the house so I didn’t have to load the kids up for 2 min drive. Complete bs. Thought most places delivered at least within 1km radius.
I placed an online order for a total of 8 pizzas. Someone from the restaurant called me to remind me that the pizza was ready. Michael helped me at the take-out counter and offered outstanding service. He included a free individual pizza and 4 dips! Super friendly and had a lively attitude! Thanks Michael.
Wetaskiwin Pizza Hut came through clutch last weekend after our wedding caterer was 2hrs late with no guarantee of her showing up. They were the first place that said, "Yes!" To a random 10 pizza order during dinner rush. Then they did 20 more pizzas for us so our guests could enjoy our wedding responsibly.
Thank you is not enough to whoever was working that night who probably had a minor panic attack when they saw the order come through lol. You guys literally saved the day! If the manager sees this, we would like to thank you as well! Please reach out!
