I am really disappointed with my recent order. While eating a slice of pizza, I found a long hair baked into it. This is a serious food-safety issue and made the meal inedible. I hope you take this matter seriously and review your kitchen hygiene practices to prevent this from happening again. I’ve enjoyed your food in the past, but this experience needs immediate attention.

We ordered a large pizza with spicy paneer, green peppers, coriander seasoning, and sesame seeds from Red Swan Pizza in Wetaskiwin — it was absolutely delicious! The flavors were fresh and unique, and the sesame seeds on the crust gave it an amazing crunch. The paneer topping was cooked perfectly, and everything tasted just right.
A special mention to Jimmy, our server — she was so friendly, attentive, and made sure our experience was great. Excellent customer service combined with fantastic pizza makes this place a must-visit in Wetaskiwin.

I ordered pizza for our staff in hospital but all pizza’s were burnt out and I call to red swan and the girl said it was well done cooked not burned. She didn’t feel even sorry to ruined my lunch party. Very very poor customer service.I will never recommend this place again.
