I didn't find the food fresh, especially the brisket and biscuits. The cornmeal muffins were very granular, and no one finished them either. When I asked for biscuits as a side, I was told that one biscuit is considered a side. They need to reduce the number of dishes and increase the quality. I wasn't impressed, sorry!
Ordered valentines dinner cost $100 and they forgot to put potato salad in the take out bag when I got home realized there was no potato salad when I called and talked to them the phillipino lady then proceeded to call me a liar and that they put it in the bag when clearly it was not to top it all off got 2 small cups of bbq sauce for 2lbs of meat. Try to support local but they find ways to make that impossible not worth even half of what was spent!
Went by today to get the captains platter and ordered online, when i got to the reserved parking i called inside to get my food brought out. I was greeted to a stack of containers with no bag. Luckily because of this I saw that I was missing my soup and asked the woman to bring it out. She was very suspicious of us but brought it out, after looking over everything I had stacked in my hands I found out I was missing my pulled pork as well. When I informed them they had a different employee come out and question everything I had, it wasn’t until I told my wife that she doesn’t trust us and to open up containers that she gave us the rest of our food. If you are going to have it so people call from the parking lot to have food brought to them rather than go inside I think you should verify peoples orders before bringing them out, not question the customer to make them feel like they are in the wrong and maybe give them a bag to put there food into.
Great food but there service needs some work
Went out of our way twice to visit this restaurant. The menu is excellent and the gluten free options are appreciated. Both times we ate there though they were out of main menu items. Last time it was the smoked potatoes, this time it was the smoked potatoes and corn bread. Not being able to eat what you came for is a deterrent to returning. Otherwise the food is tasty.
The Food and service here is amazing! So thankful to have this amazing restaurant here in Wetaskiwin!

we were passing through wetaskawin and hungry and seen the sign for huckleberry cafe we were thinking soups and sandwiches but thought we’d stop in and boy it was not a cafe it was a steak house with great food and awesome service we’re planning on going back soon, we think it’s well worth the hour and a half drive
Very delicious pulled pork. And brisket. It was a delicious meal. Ate the same in the USA. It was pretty much the same. The same American experience.Be sure to get the meat. Great place.

Should average 4.5 stars at least. The bad reviews are from getting it delivered; blame slow drivers. This place is DELICIOUS! I had a brisk sandwich, some pickle soup (surprisingly good), and a slice of pie. All top tier.

Got take out for 2. And will say it's well worth it for the price especially in this economy. Great tasting and good portion sizes. Will be coming back for more!

Was so excited to try the food! When I got it the brisket it was cold and bland. the ripple dill fries where just pickle chips, also cold.I got it through feastify cause everywhere else I've ordered from my food was fine, but after my wife called they just blamed the driver and told us to call feastify.Cashier was nice but do better on the food.
If you haven’t eaten at this Hidden Gem you don’t know what you’re missing. Sawyers is attached to the amazing Huckleberrys so it can be easy to miss thinking it’s one space. Owned by the same people Sawyers serves easy grab and go food options that aren’t served at Huckleberrys and are equally DELICIOUS as the food on the sit down restaurant menu!Mouth watering pulled pork and brisket and sides that are so scrumptious they will leave you begging for more. The staff is always polite and willing to serve. It truly is an all around fantastic food experience!
Went to Huckleberry’s today, I thought they were open but it turns out they were closed. Well, as we turned around to leave a gentleman was leaving this place next door (which is also a part of huckleberry’s) and told us they were open and the food was excellent. We went in and had the sandwiches and sides and they were amazing. Teriyaki pineapple pulled pork and a brisket with au jus it was wonderful. 10/10 and we will be back!
