Snails pace service, even slower if you go inside. I have spent no less than 20 minutes waiting for a drink.Often closed during what should be regularly hours. Unfortunately, I think this place will be gone soon.

Best water in town. Double filtration is weak this Starbucks has TRIPLE.
Whilst I understand that it takes a bit of time to get a business up and running, even a cookie cutter business like Starbucks, there are still quite a few things that this store needs to figure out. Most importantly, when you are closing and still have cars in your drive thru waiting, it is common courtesy to go and put a sign up saying that you are closed so no one else enters the drive thru (especially when you close at strange hours - like 5:30pm on Sundays). It is also best practice to then serve those that have been waiting in the drive thru. If someone waits 10 minutes to get to the order kiosk and is then told the store arbitrarily decided the customer in front of them was the last, they will not be particularly impressed. It is not a simple feat to back out of the drive thru and waiting for the four (more or less) cars in front is not a good choice either.

We had a really nice drive through attendant. Our order took at least 5 mins. No one in front of us. I ordered a salted caramel cold brew and got something with a whole bunch of cinnamon dumped on top. Yuck! My husband ordered an English Breakfast Tea, black and got tea with foam on top. Apparently Starbucks is too complicated for Wetaskiwin.

Great Starbucks. They were fast and the place looked amazing. I loved the little hand made crafts the was throughout the store. And I liked the unique “U" shaped drive through.
