I was charged an absurd amount for a chocolate cake pop. When I called the store to ask about the charge, the person who answered was extremely rude and unhelpful. Instead of checking or trying to fix the issue, they spoke to me in a disrespectful way and made it seem like I was lying.
Mistakes happen, but the way this was handled was unacceptable. Customer service should be about helping customers, not dismissing them. I expected much better from Starbucks.
I won’t be coming back to this location.

Snails pace service, even slower if you go inside. I have spent no less than 20 minutes waiting for a drink.Often closed during what should be regularly hours. Unfortunately, I think this place will be gone soon.
