the guy that made my sub was quite rude and salty. he didn’t even have a name tag. and when i asked for a bag he scoffed and once the sub was in the bag he threw the bag down. and was very very rude. i go there almost everyday and i’ve never had any issues. until this guy. he made my experience suck.

We ordered big veggies sandwichs They didn’t have any thawed patty so they just used the one in the freezer and didn’t even warm that up in the microwave just toasted it directly in the toaster. Came at my work back and found out the patty is still cold. I called them and they put me on hold for 10 mnts. The lady who answered said I can’t help you because my shift is over and another person will help u. He came and said you already went home it’s Been 30 mnts of course it’s gonna be cold. Like seriously I work 2 mnts away from your store and right away I called u and u are telling me it’s been 30 mnts??? What kind of service is this I spent $30 for a cold food. Don’t go and eat there if u don’t want to get sick or waste your money

This subway need to do lot of improvement in there food quality today I ordered a rice teriyaki bowl and it look so messy and lettuce is totally blackish and tomatoes and other vegetables looks unfresh .i have to go somewhere that's y couldn't return there food back so please don't serve these kind of food to your customers we paying subway to get healthy and fresh food but they are good for nothing .

Vegetables were nasty looking!So proceeded with just meat,cheese,sauceThen the family all ended up with sick stomachsFor 2 daysSo we all think that the meat and cheese must have been bad as well

Went in for lunch, wanted to wash hands first. Was told washrooms are closed due to Covid. So lame. Went down the street to another food place and their washrooms were open. Just because you dont want to clean washrooms doesnt mean they arw closed due to covid, it means you are lazy.
