Worst customer service. I was standing in line for almost 8-10 minutes and after still not being attended called staff to help. The lady (probaly philliphino) rudely asked me to go somewhere else if i cannot wait. This rude behaviour is not tolerable at all. All I wanted was their attention to be served and not treated like this at all. I want the issue to be taken in considerate way so they get a lesson how to deal customers and want a answer to what was done to sort it. The time of the event was 1:15pm.

It always amazes me how slow Wetaskiwin Tim Hortons is. Still in line after ten minutes with 3 people in front of me. Why have they never improved?

Today I came around 7:15pm and i ordered habanero chicken wrap with slow cooked chicken!! I saw female employee from drive through window made my wrap. I started eating and saw that she just microwaved my wrap with all stuff inside or whatever they have machine to heat stuff( not a grill) because of microwave wrap was too hot to eat even lettuce and sauce were burned my mouth on first bite. Wrap was felling apart due to microwave and wrap didn’t had any jalapeños in it.. I am so disappointed if you guys turn off your grill machine please let customer know so we can go somewhere else.

Breakfast wrap is always made terribly — the wrapping is messy, and other food often looks sloppy too. Please learn to prepare food properly and show some respect for your customers. It’s not the first time you’ve given me the wrong coffee or drink either.

Coffee and a donut. Excellent combination. Friendly and quick service.
Sub par service, waited 10 mins in parking for 3 wraps waited another 10 mins inside. Was avoided for awhile. Heard from other customers they had issues as well. Update: service has been alot quicker and more inviting

-they never have what you need there always out they scam drink portions off you and mis-make your food in order to be fast. as soon as the lady in the drive through handed me my coffee I could feel it significantly lighter so I pulled out of the drive through into the parking lot and it looked to be missing a nice few sips. Went to the other Wetaskiwin location a few days ago and it was up to the brim steaming hot unlike this look warm disaster.
