Thats my third to forth worst experience with this tim I avoided earlier but this time I am literally frustrated. Just took potato veggies and seriously it was so oily and taste bad.please be careful?

At 11, we had gotten 4 coffees from the north Tim Hortons and when we got them, they weren't made right. Tried to get it replaced here at the south end and the supervisor on duty (Lati, or Lottie?) Was Extremely rude and didn't replace the coffee's when they should be replaceable by any tim hortons. This is unacceptable.

There were more homeless people and drug deals going on here right on the front parking lot. Got in and got out. Restaurant good. Location next to a homeless shelter not good.

Went in to grab a smoothie and waited a few minutes to be acknowledged and there was many workers standing around, I would say at least 6 were there and nobody else in front of me. Finally had someone come over and placed my order. Needed the ladies room but door says to ask for key up front. The lady let me in and the toilet was clogged, i came back out to let the workers know and the one lady started cussing up and down because toilet was clogged. She let me in to use the other washroom and that was was clogged up as well. I get that it can happen but isn't there staff to monitor the cleanliness of them? Was not expecting that behavior when letting them know there was a problem, the cussing and attitude i received did not sit right with me. I will be reporting to corporate as well.
