Gunna find a new place. Every time we go, something is always wrong with our order. They are notorious for punching in large fries and drinks then claim they didnt understand. Inexcusable.

Stopped at the Wetaskiwin location because I wanted a salad but they ONLY had spicy chicken left for the salads and I CANNOT have spicy food or I end up in the hospital!!! So then I ordered a chicken burger and they can give me a non spicy chicken burger. When we got home and began to get our orders handed out our appetites were stolen by the look of their DISGUSTING LOOKING FOOD!!!!! NOTHING BUT OLD WILTED BROWN LETTUCE AND FALLING APART TOMATOES (I took pictures but it won't let me upload them, lucky for Wendy's) NONE OF OUR MEALS WERE FRESH, NOTHING!!!! THEY HAVE SINGLE HANDEDLY RUIN WENDY'S FOR MY FAMILY!!!!!! Just thinking about eating the food that they gave us has me dry heaving!!!!! I would prefer to give them a MINUS 5⭐ rating.

Absolutely unacceptable service, especially on Sundays. Do NOT come to this Wendy’s on Sunday. They constantly run out of basic items. No drink lids, no Fanta, no Fruit Punch, no Root Beer — what kind of fast-food place can’t even provide drinks?
Half the time they also don’t have nuggets or strips. This is not a one-off issue, it happens repeatedly. Clearly, management is failing to do their job. Poor planning, poor inventory control, and no accountability.
Customers waste time and money coming here only to be told “we don’t have it.” Management needs to take action immediately because this location is being run very poorly.

This location used to be great. However, the disorganization I experienced today was it for me. Went through the drive through, ordered 4 burgers, two wraps and a frosty. Paid, looked in the bag after driving off, and noticed my wraps weren’t in the bag. Went back in, to experience the manager losing his shit on the drive through employees, who somehow had no idea what the hell was going on. They then proceeded to ask me what kind of wrap it was that I ordered 5 different times. RIDICULOUS. They gave us the wraps, which were made very differently than they usually were, and tasted like they were fried in old oil. Disgusting. Will not be returning. If management cannot keep the store organized, I do not trust that proper food safety measures are being taken.

Went Wednesday during lunch time, food was fast and fresh, new cashier was training and did an excellent job, manager was very nice towards staff and the customers. Overall a great experience, will be returning

We tried to go through the drive-thru. Okay good pops. They could not answer the most basic question about the kids meal. My wife went into order a burger, paid for a baconator which turned out to be a Dave's single. I went in to get a refund to which point the girl kept asking me? Didn't you order a Dave's single there needs to be a competency test for a lot of these people because English seems to be a major barrier in dealing with this location.

Very bad experience at this Wendy’s. The manager, Harsh, has serious anger issues and no professionalism at all. They got my order wrong and missed one double cheeseburger. When I asked for the fries that were missing, instead of fixing the mistake, Harsh started scolding me. I went inside to get the corporate number to report the issue, and Harsh continued yelling and even used abusive language. This kind of behavior is unacceptable in customer service. Management really needs to take action against Harsh — no customer should be treated this way for simply asking to receive what they paid for.

Everyone is east India so it's difficult to understand them through the speaker, but my order was CORRECT(ordered for myself and my five kids) so that is a big deal

I watched the cashier Gurpreet grab my fries with her hand after handling money and register . Bathrooms are filthy vents dirty , dust on top of doors , toilet dirty , corners dirty overall very dirty location

Love You

Never open when they say they are open. They always forget at least one item and the service and people working there now don’t know how to speak proper English! When I came over here I had to learn English too, I don’t understand why they can’t do the same. If you communicate with people everyday, at least have to common decency to learn the main language spoken in CANADA.

Went their at 1120 in the drive and it was closed but the website says it’s open until 12 and a joke so the family went to a&w I don’t think I will be going back anytime soon
