I usually eat masala veggies burger from whitecourt and Edmonton but i literally disappointed with the service provide by this store in whitecourt! Always making mistakes in food , today there is no masala sauce in the burger ! There is no taste in this burger without sauce !!!! Please try to make better!

The A&W in Rocky Mountain House and Whitecourt have always been excellent, but the one in Valleyview is by far the worst one I have been to, orders incorrect, undercooked food or overcooked , I drive past it and go to Whitecourt A&W now

Me and my friends visited this location today evening . The staff don’t know how to deal with customers . They didn’t said hi to us it felt like she was racist , me and friends were looking at them for around five minutes but no body acknowledged us .
