Stopped at this location on the way home from Grande Prairie.
Slow service. The fries that I got were partially newly cooked fries mixed with old stale fries that were greasy from the staff trying to warm them up by putting them in the fryer again. Utterly gross. Burger was microwaved to the point you couldn't pick up the sandwich.

Manager has no sense to talk with customer zero customer service. If someone visit your store you should not be arrogant or rude to somebody.

Unprofessional staff. Don’t know how to talk with costumer. There was an Indian guy, he need to learn what is costumer service and how to talk to costumer.

Blizzard was perfect. Service was quick and friendly. Restaurant was clean. Very small bathrooms

Food was horrible fries were hard ac is broken and the overall taste of dq is not there. staff were doing there best but I don't recommend eating here until issues are resolved. This use to be my all time favorit place to eat now it's just disappointing .

Burgers were cold fries were cold. The place is disgustingly dirty tables are not white floor is not clean. Front door is still broken after months and months and months people not wearing hairnets handling food with bare fingers. We will never ever eat there again total pigsty.

Paid for a 10” and got an 8” There was only one option.. it was for a 10 inch and they don’t even have it 🤔
And yes, the store knows they sent one Buster bar for $13 difference 😂

Fix your soda machine or don’t offer combos It was hot and flat .

I got a cookie blizzard or smth like that, I ate it and 10 minutes after my stomach started hurting and I threw up, my friend got the same thing and started throwing up, DO NOT RECOMMEND.

They gave us microwaved food… unless there is some other explanation for why my burger buns were boiling hot and soaking wet. Dry patty too smfh

The food and the service was okay but they have no baby changing table. I had to go next door to change my sons diaper.

I was waiting for my food for a VERY LONG time and everytime the cook would put up food he would slam it down so hard on the counter. The bathrooms were disgustingly dirty! Will never stop here again
