The atmosphere felt inviting and down home like, I was greeted with smiles from all the employees within the location and was offered prompt service! Tonight when I stopped in I was in an absolute horrible mood and desperate. The positive interactions that were initiated by all the staff quickly brought my spirits up and they more than just heard my plea for help and immediately acted in the kind of manner that seems to be less and less normal these days. I thoroughly enjoyed the food they'd prepared for me especially the crispy exterior and fluffy interior textures of the dough, many thanks again for your hospitality and generosities I will definitely be making a point of returning as a customer even if it means making a special trip into Whitecourt to do so!

Amazing customer service tonight! Came in tonight after a terrible day and all I wanted was a donair to make it all worth it and wow my expectations have been blown out of the park. To begin with I was warmly greeted by the handsome fellow at the counter who made my day just seeing him. Then my order was was made fast and was delicious!! Will return again for sure

Went here based on recommendation from hotel we were staying at. VERY impressed with the friendly service, prompt pickup time, and especially the quality of the pizza! Our fave pizza stop in Whitecourt area is now Freddy’s.

Have to say that I am returning as a regular customer to Freddy's here in Whitecourt.I was a fan for years when living in the Barrhead and Westlock area, but prior to this year not overly impressed with the food at Freddys at the Whitecourt location.That's definitely changed! I am not sure when things changed exactly, as I only just moved back to Whitecourt in late 2021, but YEAH!!Great Job guys! Pizza great! Combo platter & Donairs - awesome, and Deep Fried Pickles were a huge hit with my Teenage Son and his friends.Staff was friendly and everything ready in perfect timing, food was just right. Online ordering is new since last I lived here, which is nice.If you have an additional tribe of teenage boys show up hungry at your house at 10 o'clock at night, my total bill was just over 60 bucks - family of 5 plus 3!!! And we had food left over! Awesome!!
