Went there almost a week ago and ordered my meal through the drive thru..I could not understand the person talking to me..Another person came on and I gave my order again..when I got to the window I was told I needed a coupon and what I wanted was only online only..I should have been told this when I ordered..They ended giving me what I ordered but the guy wasnt very happy about it.

Well, we are traveling and it was KFC or Boston Pizza. Regrettably, we picked KFC. Restaurant very clean, bathrooms, very clean. Food was not good at all. Chicken lacked something, salt? Idk. There’s none of that to be found. Nothing on tables, not even napkins! The gravy had absolutely no taste. Again, S&P may have helped.Fries were undercooked. Just not the usual experience.

Great place in KFC, this location however don’t live up to that standard anymore, limited options for chicken dinner meals of all kinds of chicken instead of certain chicken pieces, orders wrong many times, too expensive for the product pushed out, fried chicken use to be the go to place for cheap great tasting food, now it’s expensive cheap tasting food, sad day for me as I once loved KFC

Don't stop here. Service is a joke. This location doesn't actually do the toonie Tuesdays as we were told. First one that didn't that we've been too. They offered coupons so we took them. Ended up finding something we wanted and then proceeded to order but the girl just looked at us and told us we can't order it with her, it's online only? Ok sure, thanks for watching us look at the coupon for some time then letting us know we needed to down load the KFC app. So convience and ease is non existent at this location. We had a long drive so wanted to done in, there was only 3 tracked opened as they closed over half the restaurant off at 7pm... I'm not sure why but they definitely don't want you to dine in. Aside from them being only super friendly to their own workers and speaking across the restaurant in a different language, I sat there akwardly wondering if they were annoyed of us for asking about promotions and taking a bit to order on our phone. Very weird vibe. Not welcoming and honestly after running a couple semi fast food places, I've never seen a dinning room shut off that early especially if they close at 1030. Ps they charge for hotsauce here too. 55 cents a pack.... My food was decent. My partner came back with the wing sauce so I went up to the front and stood there for 5 mins saying excuse me because everyone was just chilling in the back. None, I repeat none of the other location charges for hot sauce. And as I was standing there, they had a sign that said hot sauce was .25 cents lol. I don't think they know what they are doing. When we got there it was just after 7, womens washroom was closed for cleaning. When we left, it was still closed, 45min later... I ended up using the men's bathroom. The lock is broken. I had to get my partner to stand outside the door so no one could walk in on me as he originally walked in on another dude when we first arrived and thought it was weird he didn't lock it after being embarrassed. It wasn't the other guys fault, lock is literally broken. Well not be back and encourage others not to waste time and money at this location.

The food was okay, but the service was terrible. The cashier has no sense of interaction. She was literally showing attitude for no reason. I felt she was racist towards me. I hope she gets a lesson in her life…on how to be polite, respectful and patient with the customer. No hard feelings but the awful service I have ever received….

Dry chicken, close to closing but wouldn't let my daughter use the women's restroom, had us get up and leave so we finished food outside and threw most away it wasn't good. Customer service is lost but seems to be at most fast food
