Had a wonderful experience with a manager/supervisor. I think it was the same lady on the drive thru speaker, but she was so nice and positive, especially for ordering at 10pm.
After going through and sitting in the parking lot, I realized I was shorted one McNuggets. I went back in, and she gave me another 6 piece... I would have been okay with a replacement nugget or a 4, piece, but I got another 6 price! The woman was so wonderful, caring and kind to deal with. I air fried my remaining nuggets the day after, and they were great. So glad to have such positive management at my local location.

I ordered a delivery through Uber Eats and ended up getting 2 orders which neither one was my order. Trying to reach someone at the restaurant is impossible. All this on my limited time lunch hour. So no lunch for me today!
Thank you to the staff member who went the extra mile to be kind and welcoming towards us. She greeted each of us and was so warm. When I left I paid you and your associates a compliment, mentioned it to my friends and everyone noticed you and felt the same.
To the manager, give this lady a raise or something. It’s so rare that I feel that way when I am out interacting with staff. She was working Tuesday October 21 at around 3/4pm.
The whole staff was great for this little lady stand out to us.

I ordered, got my food, staff kept coming asking if everything was good, a little too often. One employee asked if I wouldn't mind filling out a survey on a tablet, and I agreed. Filled everything out, made sure all my info was correct and I was told they would email me a coupon in the next few hours. Never got it. Place was dirty, I lied on the survey saying it was clean because I was promised a discount on my next meal if I left a positive review., and they were all pushing mops doing their best trying to clean. But I can be honest here on Google reviews.
Got food poisoned here!!! Never again
