I ordered, got my food, staff kept coming asking if everything was good, a little too often.
One employee asked if I wouldn't mind filling out a survey on a tablet, and I agreed.
Filled everything out, made sure all my info was correct and I was told they would email me a coupon in the next few hours. Never got it.
Place was dirty, I lied on the survey saying it was clean because I was promised a discount on my next meal if I left a positive review., and they were all pushing mops doing their best trying to clean.
But I can be honest here on Google reviews.

I really wanna express my profound dissatisfaction with the ongoing poor service I have encountered at your location. Over the course of numerous visits, I have experienced several issues, but I never put bad a review, understanding that working in the food industry can be challenging and it’s not a piece of cake for everyone. Thank you very much for serving us and preparing our meals. I truly appreciate your efforts. However, I believe my patience has now reached its limit.

Previously, I consistently found that my habanero dipping sauce was forgotten when ordering nuggets. After several such instances, I decided to refrain from visiting the restaurant for a period of three months. Upon returning today, the same issue persisted. After deciding to stop ordering the habanero sauce, I instead requested Mac Sauce, and quantity they gave was even just a quarter the amount of sauce in a small cup, even lesser than the half cup.

I called to address the matter, and while they offered a free meal , this is not what I am seeking. I simply expect my food to be prepared correctly for the price I paid. I do not want a free meal, I just want my order to be fulfilled as requested.

I fully understand that one customer may seem insignificant, but when issues like these compound day after day, they will undoubtedly begin to impact your business. I implore you to pay closer attention to the quality and accuracy of the service provided, as consistent oversights may lead to the loss of loyal customers.

Ordered 2 McGriddles today after working a double shift got home opened it up and there was no egg on both or cheese like what? How do you forget the most important part. Sucks that this is the only place to get food or anything at 4:00am.

Sitting in a very busy line. New Year's Day coming back from work at 3: 30a.. The lady said she couldn't take my order for 25 minutes. People behind me had to get out and ask them to move back because McDonald's was not taking orders. Worst experience ever

Hard to order when they don’t understand English, and are constantly asking “is that everything” 8 times a minute, also messed up our order, fries were cold, and we have been waiting out front for a coke, for the last 15 minutes… she brought a root beer out instead of the coke, waiting for a another 10 minutes while she is walking around changing the stuff for coffee, i don’t understand how it’s hard to follow a order off a screen, and fill a cup up with the correct drink 🤬

Was a good quick McDonald’s but in the last few months it has turned into one of the absolute slowest locations. Not sure what happened but it’s terrible now

We ordered 2 hot chocolates, a coffee, and a wrap which then took 20 minutes to complete with only one small order ahead of us. The wrap was falling apart and the hot chocolates were simply warmed milk with the most minimal chocolate flavour I’ve ever had. I know I shouldn’t expect a lot from McDonald’s, but even with not expecting much, we were somehow still left disappointed
