Do not get an omlette. I'm not sure what kind of plastic they are wrapping the omlette filling in, but its not even playing the part of eggs. I should have stuck to the plastic eggs at the free hotel breakfast, live n learn I suppose.

What an embarrassment to anyone that has been in the food service industry before. My family and I went there for one of our lunches we have on a regular accordance and was let down beyond belief. Kitchen staff that was so loud you could hear how disorganized they were and servers touching a customers food. Then to top it off with a cherry when asked to speak to the owner or a manager about this your told they are aware and offering you a free dessert but won’t come to talk to you. Do the management team at Smitty’s not know or wish to take accountability for what is happening and think free things are always going to salve everything. It’s not. We said no mushrooms on our plates as my Mom and I are both allergic to them and the kitchen staff puts mushrooms on the plates. This is not okay! There has been times I have gone there and had my food cold today was no exception as the mashed potatoes on my plate were cold. Get your ducks in line you are going to cause someone to go to the hospital do to you neglect. Do better. Oh and if you’re in a hurry don’t go here as you will wait an hour plus for your food as we did. NEVER GOING BACK

Food was not very good. Service was less than mediocre. The sausages were the microwave skinless, tasteless heat and serve kind. The pancakes were partially cooked. Would not stop there again.

Staff has always been friendly.

But me and my folks have always gotten sick when we come here. Only keep coming back since the family members we visit really like smittys.

Pretty terrible. Food was bland, service was awful - I don't blame the waitress, hire more staff and pay them better. Just close the place already!

Today is a bit busy. The servers are great. Hard working ladies! 👏👏. This is for the owners…. I’m about to tear that door dinger off the wall. It’s like a kid at the front door continuously ringing the door bell. Please make it stop😑. Some new seat upholstery would be good too.

Food and service were great . A little outdated but the food was well worth the stop with family .

My friends and I go here every Wednesday for wing night. The staff are so nice and know us by name and order. Affordable wings and many flavour options!

The service here is terrible! The place was empty and the server couldn’t even come and refill my moms water, when she finally came to tell us that our order that we have been waiting on forever is going to be ready soon she didn’t even ask us if we needed anything. She just dropped our food off and didn’t even ask us if we needed any ketchup or more coffee. The tables that were here before us were unhappy too waiting for their food. Another table had to call to the server across the room for iced tea and straws. They just don’t seem to care about good service here! Stay away, it’s not worth it!

On March. 12 I was impressed going into the Bar at this Smittys location. Hockey decor was everywhere, the tunes were a decent volume and there was foozball and pool tables. I had their famous fish and chips, tasted as yummy as one expects and more. Thanks to the sweet Waitress Tanya and to the kitchen. Delicious and fun!
