Portions are extremely cheap. Pay $20 for a meat lovers skillet and it doesn’t even come even with the top of the skillet dish, food was barely like warm and the toast would have knocked a tooth out if chewed on. Very unfortunate as I love a Smitty’s meat lovers skillet. Had no chance to ask server to correct it as she never came back to table to check up.

Not a bad place but this is the second time I've been here for breakfast and both times I've had to hunt down a waitress to bring syrop for my pancakes. Other than that not bad.

I went in for wings and the service was horrible. The server screwed up our order then tried to argue with us about it. The other server came up to was and told us that the section we were seated on was closed we told her it is where we were told to sit. All in all was a bad experience.

Our server was excellent. Greeted us, smiled & was helpful. My beef dip was great & good soup. The other couple enjoyed a healthy omlette & a big mushroom burger. I would recommend.

Jaspreet, the kind hearted lady my family and I get greeted and served by every wing night. For the last five months we have attended Smitties wing night, and might I say the service we receive every visit is filled with just as much warmth and compassion that we first received at the start of our new tradition. Thank you your amazing work ethic and attitude, see you next Wednesday Jaspreet!

The food, especially the rost beef dip is better than most places. The tap beer is hit and miss with being flat, but the waitresses more then make up for it! The pool tables are sturdy and true but only have one straight pool que. I recently moved to whitecourt, and I have no complaints about this place. Service is great respectful and i look forwardto coming back!

When we arrived at 858pm there was one other family in the corner just finishing their dinner... The waitress come out after 5 long minutes of waiting next to the PLEASE WAIT TO BE SEATED SIGN .... When she finally showed up, she asked how many people for our table and dropped menus on the table, and she said "I will be right back", and disappeared... (that was 9:03pm).... At 9:17pm she finally returned to ask us if we would like some drinks. I was so appalled by the 15 minute wait for her to return just to ask us what we want to drink, that I insisted on ordering the drinks and the food at the same time. We ordered wings and 1 burger (it was Wing Wednesday), and the food didn't arrive until 9:31.. it took 14 min to get our food to us, in an empty restaurant, with zero orders ahead of us... Then we didn't see her even enter the dining room again until 9:58 (after we had all finished eating, and had been waiting patiently for her to return). Lastly, the celery was soft and soggy and slimy! (Which is something that would be impossible for the cook to not notice when he was cutting them up, so it occurred to me that they must have been precut and sitting in a fridge somewhere for at least two weeks)... This was the worst dining experience I have ever encountered... And the first time ever that I gave ZERO TIP, (but she got what she earned with her lazy careless attitude). ZERO STARS for Smitty's.
