Hard chairs, they most comfy seating not so many high ones. Nice it is open late. Very good staff. They make stuff that is no longer on the menu.

Efficient and wonderful staff! Nice atmosphere. But for the love of sanitation, please give us our woman's washroom back. Ever since going unisex bathrooms, I've noticed lots of occurrences of pee on toilet seats (not just at Starbucks, other unisex bathrooms as well). Thanks.

Spent $5 on a cold brew this morning and was pretty disappointed. Their cold brew is horrendous and tastes like old coffee over ice, super bitter and acidic. Not a cold brew experience or taste whatsoever. Had to throw it out after forcing a few sips and go to McDonald's for a $1 iced coffee which wasn't great either but was better at least and was only $1. Service was good though.

The staff at the Whitecourt Starbucks are exceptional! They go out of their way to make personalized connections with every customer. Every visit feels welcoming and special!

The amount of harassment that is given when getting coffee is crazy. They need to stop with the moments of connection. Be polite, ask how your day is - but going to into great detail and asking where i work, what i do, if i have meetings, how many, etc. - this is a a privacy issue now and is becoming harassment. I just want my coffee. I called the manager, who was NOT helpful, demeaning and rude. Every person that i have spoke to about this says they cant stand the amount of questions that are asked at the window for coffee. STOP DOING THIS!!!!
