And Amelie? Total ray of sunshine ☀️ One of those rare, beautiful souls who lights up a room without even trying. If someone had a bad experience, honestly… sometimes kindness, confidence, and genuine joy can trigger jealousy in people who don’t know how to receive it.

I always loved this Starbucks, then they hired an employee who is nothing but unprofessional and rude (A.O)
I am 99% sure this employee has tampered with my drinks, I no longer go here because I am pregnant and can’t risk something being done to me or my unborn child
I see another review about uncleanliness, and I have to agree. I’ve received my drink and it smelt funny, like dirty hands, so I disposed of it. Won’t be wasting my money there anymore.
Hopefully this review is taken seriously and that employee is given proper training and supervision. I see she has great raves about her but she also likes to give her number to customers, so the genuineness is questionable. Do better.

Lady who was working walked around picking her nose, never washed her hands with soap just rinsed her finger tips for a second and called it good. Super gross, will never be back to this location. Also got the order wrong.

I’d like to share my experience at your store today around 6:00 p.m. I was with my friend and my 2-year-old daughter. The store was empty, so we decided to dine in with our drinks and bread. At one point, my daughter shouted — as toddlers sometimes do — and as I was trying to calm her down, one of your employees, a man with a beard (appearing Middle Eastern), spoke to me from the counter and told me that it’s not allowed for a child to shout in the store. I understand the importance of keeping a pleasant environment, but being called out from afar made me feel embarrassed and unwelcome as a parent. If this is truly your store policy, I suggest placing a clear sign at the entrance so parents know before dining in. No other business in Whitecourt has ever made me feel guilty for bringing my child, and I hope your staff can be reminded to show more compassion and understanding toward families and racism. I also hope (you beard man) that if you have a child, no one ever makes them — or you — feel the way you did to us.

The Whitecourt Starbucks is easily one of the best I’ve ever visited. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere felt welcoming—clean, cozy, and inviting. But what truly sets this location apart is the level of service.
The barista who helped me was outstanding. Friendly, professional, and genuinely attentive, they made the experience feel personal rather than rushed. My order was prepared perfectly, and they even took the time to double-check that everything was to my liking, which shows how much pride they take in their work. You can really tell when someone enjoys what they do, and that positive energy makes a huge difference.
It’s rare to find customer service that leaves such a lasting impression, but this visit did exactly that. Whether you’re a local or just passing through town, this Starbucks should be your go-to stop. Stopped in at the Whitecourt Starbucks and had such a great experience. The service was warm and genuine, and my drink was made perfectly. The barista who helped me went out of their way to make sure everything was right and created such a welcoming vibe.
It’s not often you come across someone who makes a quick coffee stop feel special, but that’s exactly what happened here. Definitely the best Starbucks experience I’ve had in a long time—highly recommend this location!
