The food was hot, but took a very long time, despite not many people being there. Compliments due, the Mexi-fries were nice. The woman taking my order stepped out mid-order, likely for a smoke break. The chairs were squeaky, it felt incredibly cramped, and finally, the grand finale, the cooktop my food was served on was not cleaned. My vegetarian veggie burrito was cross-contaminated with a beef product, causing my body to have an allergic reaction. It is clear to me that quality is not being insured here.
If you are looking for a taco, burrito, quesadilla, or anything of the like, please take your business to the Bar Burrito. It is a much finer establishment.

I was born and raised in Manning AB, and I moved to Ontario 16 years ago, and for whatever reason there is no Taco Times close to the GTA. My husband and myself always come back at least once a year. And when I say that I dream of coming to this place, it is beyond true! Once we land, we get outta Edmonton, head to Whitecourt as fast as possible. The 2 guys working, they are FANTASTIC!! They remember us, they are absolutely great, fast, make quality food and superior service!! See ya next year guys!! Thanks again!

So only in Whitecourt while at a TacoTime, you can order a Donair. OMG was one of the best donairs I've ever had. I'm talking 40 plus years. Like it was magnificent. Can't wait to see how they make their TacoTime menu. Going back for supper after I get off my shift. Wasn't even thinking but should have order mexi fries on the side.

I have to travel out of town to visit a taco time and I get take out so going back to the store was not an option. Be careful with their chicken dishes as there was a bone in ranch chicken burrito.

The staff at Taco Time Whitecourt are ALWAYS friendly, warm, welcoming and happy. I've never had a bad experience there with staff, service or food. They never seem stressed out when it's busy and I chalk that up partially to fabulous team work, they just have a good jive going. 10/10 recommend to anyone.

Taco Time has gotten out of hand price wise. My meal was $23 and it barely filled me up and I didn’t even get a drink with that. I get that everything is more expensive now, but for what you get, it shouldn’t come close to $20 for a single meal with no drink.Staff was friendly and quick.
