Ordered third time but it was not grilled properly neither was first time nor the second. The fact is service was okay but I don’t know what’s wrong with their grilling machine. I don’t want to argue with the staff because they were nice and I really respect the food counter attendees. I left the place quietly and garbage the wrap they gave me. Disappointed not with the customer service but with the kind of wrap they served. I even went uphill Timsto ask is it grilled but they were also confused what kind of wrap is that??

I usually go through the drive though and order a coffee and apple Fritter donut. Most Tim Hortons handle this very easy and simple order fine. This one is no different.
