Take your fish somewhere else for processing… I informed the staff that the fish was roughly filleted and asked them to please remove belly’s, ribs and rough edges. What a lousy job!! Not only was it grass and dirt in the vacuum packs but they left fins, belly’s and rib bones in a lot of fish. So inconsistent and for the price they’re charging should do better.
