Carla is amazing and makes you feel welcome the moment you walk in. They have a great variety of wines at various price points to enjoy in a comfortable setting. Plus you can purchase bottles or even make your own unique blend. It's one of my favorite spots in Anchorage.

Loved visiting th 61 degree North Winery! We were in Anchorage for 2 days before visiting other parts of Alaska and going to this Winery was one of our favorite things! The owner was so friendly and shared what it’s like to live in Anchorage. The wines were all very good too! (We usually like dry reds, and they were all very good.). Even bought a T shirt… not many people have Winery T Shirts from Alaska. And no, she doesn’t grow her own grapes. I guess that’s why the wine was so good!

Delicious wines crafted in Alaska, and chill but fun spot to relax. Wish I would have found this place sooner, it’d be my go to! Hard to find from the street, but you know it when you find it.

You have to try this place out. The owner is AMAZING! Very nice, kind, and easy-going. They have great wine she makes onsite, bringing in the grape juice. You can get samples, glasses, or bottles. It is a must stop while in town.

Every single drink my friend and I had was exceptional! Perfect girls day out, drinking wine, eating paired crackers and chocolate, and good conversation with others enjoying the wine. Very cool and cozy environment. Amazing and caring owners who gueinely want you to enjoy the whole experience. Will definitely be back!

We booked a chocolate and wine tasting tour with Alaska Sites and Bites and had an AMAZING time. The wines were delicious. We had lovely time learning about Anchorage and hearing the stories of this delightful place. We felt right at home in this cozy welcoming environment. While planning, many people asked why we elected to a rent an AirBnB and explore Anchorage versus selecting a cruise. This experience confirmed our choice. This tour started at 05:00 pm and lasted 2-3 hrs. We were able to have great conversation with local owners and learn so much about this city. You will not regret visiting this local gem. Please add this as a “must do” for your Anchorage itinerary!
