The wines were unique and delicious and the owners were delightful people! If you’re in town visiting, or a local who enjoys good wine, make sure to swing by and check this place out. Bonus points for coming Friday during the summer when the crepe food truck is here, cannot recommend enough.
Carla is amazing and makes you feel welcome the moment you walk in. They have a great variety of wines at various price points to enjoy in a comfortable setting. Plus you can purchase bottles or even make your own unique blend. It's one of my favorite spots in Anchorage.
Loved visiting th 61 degree North Winery! We were in Anchorage for 2 days before visiting other parts of Alaska and going to this Winery was one of our favorite things! The owner was so friendly and shared what it’s like to live in Anchorage. The wines were all very good too! (We usually like dry reds, and they were all very good.). Even bought a T shirt… not many people have Winery T Shirts from Alaska. And no, she doesn’t grow her own grapes. I guess that’s why...
