A great stop on another coffee date with my wife. Pie and coffee, the pie was like my grandmother used to make. Yummy!

The pies are great but the guy working was really rude. I’d love to support a local business but when they don’t care about customers then I’d rather go somewhere

I've shopped at the pie stop several times. My visit last week was the last time I will ever go to that establishment. The owner was the rudest person in business I've met. I told him I wanted one of the pies out of the display case he opened the display case to get the pie While he was getting the pie, I changed my mind for a different type of pie. He told me the time to decide what I wanted was before he opened the case. He hadn't done anything with the pie. I told him I changed my mind and he started mumbling, yada yada yada. I said I changed my mind and wanted two different pies to which he replied, yada yada yada. I told him he could keep his pies to which replied, yada yada yada. I told him that I would not be returning again. He replied, yada yada yada at which time I told him he was a jerk, and he replied, yada yada yada, and walked away. I will never set foot in that shop again. Mark O'Brien

Old guy was extremely rude. I called to order 10 pies for a surprise birthday party and he yelled at me and said he would spit in the pie if he made

No one made pie for our Christmas dinner so my husband and I stopped by. Great pies (apple and pecan), they weren't overly sweetened. My only complaint was the atmosphere. The display case for the pies were pretty sad looking (old and looked like second hand from somewhere else), but the taste of the pies are what mattered the most.

The best pie I've had a long time. We had key lime, chocolate, and apple. My son said the apple pie smell was absolutely wonderful when he picked up the pies

Hi, I'm a nobody just wanting to write a few words about Steve, the owner of A Pie Stop, and the missed opportunity to show kindness to a stranger in trouble. Today started out rough. I missed an alarm, which meant I was late getting out of the house to drop off my daughter. Naturally, the cold climate had drained my car battery. I managed to jump the car, but with sporadic engine trouble. It ran rough until it nearly died on the road. I was fortunate to make it into the parking lot, but my car died before I could park it properly. Things of this nature are always inconvenient and I was parked right in front of Steve's shop. Nobody usually chooses to park in such a moronic manner, I know I didn't. Steve did not allow me the benefit of the doubt. He came out and in a rude tone told me he has a business to run and that I can't park there. As if I chose this! Anyway, I won't pretend that I was going to buy his store out clean. In fact, I purchased a pastry from this bakery six years ago, and never felt an urge to return... His store was completely void of customers (hmm ?) and had he at least asked if everything was OK and offered help, I would have gladly supported his business with a purchase and written up a better review. If you ever need A Pie, Stop! Go to Safeway. I generally avoid this overpriced store, but at least their people are polite and the bakery has never disappointed. Fuel points are a bonus. Oh well. ?‍♂️

Someone posted a one-star review complaining about the negative service and the disrespect towards their children. I have been there twice with my kids and I have had only good experiences to share. I had my kids and my sister's kids with me the first time. So at one time I had four kids in their ordering pies with me and yes it was a little chaotic because kids can get excited at new places. But they were excited to see all the pies and the gentleman that helped us was really kind. The pies are delicious, I love savory dishes and their pot pie was great! We ordered it all to go and we gobbled it up so fast I forgot to take pics. Next time I'm in there I will definitely take pictures. I support local small businesses and A Pie Stop deserves support and our family will definitely be back.

Don’t know how the pies from this place!!! But the service and attitude are absolutely on level negative!! We got waved arms on us and rolled eyes on, just because I had 3 small children with me to get my pies, and one of them spill a tiny bit of salt on the table!!! And on the top of that, my little boy got yelled at as well, unacceptable in my opinion. Even if pies would be good I wouldn’t come back until the place has warmer and more welcoming attitude, or put a sign on the door ADULTS only

Called to make an order and just because I didn't have a credit are he was being rude . I said I did not have a credit card and he kept saying well I need a card and hung up on me. Bad customer service and didn't even try to see if there's any other options.

It has been years since I enjoyed an apple pie. After all, it was Mom's specialty and who could match that? I get my morning coffee at Pie Stop sometimes and ordered a sugar free apple pie. Got it today! First piece and I could see Mom's kitchen. Excellent crust and apple filling. Can't even tell its sugar free! Holidays will be more nostalgic now that I discovered this gem of a place. Super nice people too. Say Hi to Steve.

Spectacular! Exceptional! Wonderful ! We were eating at Sami's, across the parking lot, and I noticed A Pie Stop - looate in the day near closing time, it was my lucky day - they still had a "two-slice" strawberry rhubarb pie. If it wasn't for my girlfriend maybe giving me a hard time about "MORE PIE ??", I'd have gone back and bought more pie. As it was, the girlfriend noticed that she only got a single taste, and that I finished the rest of the pie all by myself without offering another taste - you're darn right I didn't offer her any more pie - that would have meant less for me!

The best thing we’ve had in Alaska so far!!! Fabulous triple berry pie! No short-cuts here; the flaky crust was wonderful and the pie was loaded with berries Some other pies are runny, but this was thick and delicious! It means something if I’m taking the time to write a review, so go grab yourself a mini pie!!
