Arrived to the shop at 6pm and was told they wouldn't make anymore coffee because they close at 7pm. Absolutely terrible.

Great Cafe, gives the Euro Mall Cafe Feel. I would say very tasty desserts. My only wish to put this over the top is real cups. I went two times. They have conoli, cake, so many different offerings. Each time both staff were great and very friendly.
Parking: It's in the mall near the entrance. You can find parking nearby, but butter to park in parking garage and walk down to cafe.

their cakes (make of them) taste good, BUT, when i went there and ordered some coffee, when they poured the milk in it, it was chunky, i have NEVER once went to a coffee place that gave me chunky milk. On top of that, they were very rude to me, I overheard them yelling at their staff, this was a few weeks ago when i was visiting alaska with my family, i’m originally from florida, mind you i wouldn’t be leaving this review if i hadn’t seen some of the other reviews on here, I was trying to give them the benefit of the doubt but im not so sure i could do that anymore in good consciences, lovely vanilla Madagascar though, highlight of the bakery

i absolutely love the music quinn plays, it’s super good and always gives me coffee vibes, the cave town music is something i actually listen at home so it feels like a home away from home, and the other customers always seem to be more cheerful when it plays, the food is amazing too!

They are kinda expensive for a child's cake. $512. then the day that I was going to go pick it up they told me that it's not even there or they don't have an order.
Stopped in for a treat while waiting on a ride back to the airport after a beautiful cruise. The Peanut Butter ? dessert was spot on and very tasty. Just needed something sweet to eat after a stroll in the mall. Prices were a little high, but we can all thank Joe for that.

A fun, quick stop at the mall. I had an iced Mocha that was very good. My sister got an iced White Mocha which she said was a little to sweet for her, but overall good. We also split a "mocha" which was a Mocha mousse w/ a harder chocolate shell. The young woman that helped us was attentive and patient. Overall a nice experience and a good way to break up a mall trip.
Parking: This location is inside the mall, so we parked in the malls paid parking lot.

Was calling around for custom cakes for my Son's 10th birthday. I was shocked to find out how expensive this place was and their rates (Example:$125 starting for 10" cakes, 75$ for types of filling/icing) I had ordered the cake for 2 weeks in advance and asked for a refund the day after ordering, so I could find somewhere more affordable, they told me they do not give refunds, and that I have to take the cake, even though it hasn't been made and it's been less than 24 hours since order was placed. DO NOT GIVE THIS CAPITALISTIC PLACE YOUR BUSINESS. Total was $120 for a 10" cake with only 2 layers........Garbage.Everyone, please note the "owner" going through and attacking anyone who left a negative review with his victim-blaming demeanor and gas-lighting actions.None of the details he has mentioned in his reply to this review are factual. He came here to do damage control with nothing but fabricated lies to make him and his cake-shops look better. Do not fall for it. Go look at all the other negative reviews that were left, and HOW he responded to them. His actions speak for themselves.

Do not use this bakery. I placed an order for a custom birthday cake, which was only 8” and 2 layers and it ended up being $115. Less than 24 hours after placing the order I had requested a refund because of the transaction not being authorized at that amount. They told me “we do not give refunds under any circumstances” I reminded them that the cake was ordered 2 weeks in advance, and that I didn’t sign anything saying it couldn’t be canceled. On the receipt it says “no refunds or returns on bakery items” The fact that I didn’t actually receive an “item”, and there was nothing to return, should logically not fall into this category or scenario. No items were given, no materials were used. What a disgusting capitalistic, anti-consumer, anti customer service policy. Save your money and time. You can get far better and bigger cakes for much less here in Anchorage. Shame on you @Alaska Cake Studio. I will never give you my business again, and I will make it my mission to deter as many people as I can from using your business.
