Ordered a London fog but after I paid the barista let me know they only have English breakfast tea. English breakfast is quite bland for that kind of drink unfortunately, I did not enjoy it.

Yikes, these cupcakes were disgusting and stale. I don’t trust the quiches there with how stale the cupcakes were. Disgusting flavor, way too dense and customer service was despicable. I would never ever recommend this place for anyone. Go anywhere else.

I ordered a gluten free cake for my friend's birthday party 🥳🎉... The cashier (working Mon Aug 25, 3pm) was patient with all the details I wanted. Vanilla almond infusion cake was SPECTACULAR, moist & delicious, INCREDIBLE cream cheese icing, very well received among our group, & the gluten free version has a wonderful texture & EVERYONE raved!!! Thank you for contributing to a GREAT BIRTHDAY!! 🎂🎂🎂

Their gluten free options are amazing. I have never experienced cross contamination. The red velvet cupcake is great and my fave.

Arrived to the shop at 6pm and was told they wouldn't make anymore coffee because they close at 7pm. Absolutely terrible.

Great Cafe, gives the Euro Mall Cafe Feel. I would say very tasty desserts. My only wish to put this over the top is real cups. I went two times. They have conoli, cake, so many different offerings. Each time both staff were great and very friendly.

Parking: It's in the mall near the entrance. You can find parking nearby, but butter to park in parking garage and walk down to cafe.

This “ cake” was worth every penny!! Haven’t tasted something this good since my mom’s bakery in 1967!

Stopped in last weekend for a carrot cake slice while waiting for a phone call at the mall. It was quite tasty.

their cakes (make of them) taste good, BUT, when i went there and ordered some coffee, when they poured the milk in it, it was chunky, i have NEVER once went to a coffee place that gave me chunky milk. On top of that, they were very rude to me, I overheard them yelling at their staff, this was a few weeks ago when i was visiting alaska with my family, i’m originally from florida, mind you i wouldn’t be leaving this review if i hadn’t seen some of the other reviews on here, I was trying to give them the benefit of the doubt but im not so sure i could do that anymore in good consciences, lovely vanilla Madagascar though, highlight of the bakery

i absolutely love the music quinn plays, it’s super good and always gives me coffee vibes, the cave town music is something i actually listen at home so it feels like a home away from home, and the other customers always seem to be more cheerful when it plays, the food is amazing too!

They are kinda expensive for a child's cake. $512. then the day that I was going to go pick it up they told me that it's not even there or they don't have an order.
