Terrible service after merger with Atmos. Waited on hold for 10+ minutes and was hung up on by multiple agents when I was trying to utilize my 75k gold lounge pass. I'll be changing airlines, this one has gone downhill very fast.
The Alaska Lounge at ANC is a great place to wait for a flight, especially if you can snag a seat by the floor-to-ceiling windows. The views of the tarmac against the Chugach Mountains are easily the highlight of the space, definitely some of the best airport views I’ve seen.
The Good:
Atmosphere: The central fireplace gives it a warm, lodge-like feel that fits the Alaska vibe perfectly.
Seating: There are decent seating options throughout, from workstations to lounge chairs. It’s generally easy to find a spot to plug in and relax.
Room for Improvement:
Food: The food selection is a bit basic. While the snacks and soups are okay, it could definitely use more substantial hot food options or a bit more variety to match the quality of Alaska’s newer lounges in other cities.
Overall, it’s a comfortable, quiet refuge from the main terminal. Just don't come expecting a full gourmet meal!

Everything is great, but except for the limited number of recliners, it seems that the chairs are designed by the same people who design airline seats--does no one value lumbar support?

Overall Alaska’s lounge in Anchorage is is quite good and a good value. Always clean and comfortable with good staff, free beer and wine and good array of small plate style food. I hit the lounge every time I come through Anchorage (usually about three times per year). I had no wait this time around since it was early but it gets much busier towards mid day with more flights coming and going

The Alaska Lounge is a treat for individuals and families. They have 2 memberships: 1 specifically for Alaska/Hawaiian Airlines...and 1 that is worldwide via their allegiance to the one world conglomerate. My advice: spend the $800 USD and get Lounge+ .... amd enjoy the benefits in the nation's lounges across the board.

I got a discount code for an annual membership, and our family was going to have a long layover while flying home from Asia, so we thought we'd give it a shot.
Absolutely loved it!!!!
Recommended for many friends and family to also get memberships!

This is a great place to watch aircraft taking off and landing. The cargo heavys are parked right outside the windows.

Very relaxing atmosphere. This is a lounge inside an airport. You have to be a member.

First experience with an airline lounge and it did not disappoint! This was a great experience outside of regular airport seating. The comfortability is wonderful, the food is just okay but perfect for just lounging around. The service is awesome and the staff make you feel at home. I had access due to a first class coast to coast flight but now I am thinking I need to be a member.....
