Picked up take out yesterday for the first time and it was AMAZING! The burgers were delicious and you seriously cannot go wrong with their incredible soups!
Dropped in randomly to see what all the hype was about. I have had their lunch menu before as take out and have always enjoyed their chicken sandwich. Now I'm ready to try some dinner and am seated at the bar which has a very uncomfortably sterile asthetic. More of an exposed sense of being rather than a comfortable one. Menu prices were exceptionally high, but I had a choice in mind to try. Unfortunately, no one ever addressed me after the host seated me. I'm not going to pay $50 -$75 for an entree when I'm ignored by multiple employee's coming and going drinking their water and chatting with other guests while doing no actual work. I've been branching out of my normal spots recently looking for a new spot to add to my rotation. The search continues.
Team dinner there. I ordered the halibut dish. I loved it! I had great conversations with people I work with up in Alaska and the service is to the point!

This was my first time at Altura. It was amazing. The food exceeded my expectations. The bone marrow was the best I've ever had. The gnocchi were perfectly light and fluffy. Black cod is my favorite fish and this did not disappoint. It was prepared with Indian spices and was delightful. For dessert, we had the clafoutis which was very yummy. Presentation was perfect abs the waitstaff were excellent.

Pretty exquisite and food was creatively crafted. Well done. The Australian wagyu wasn't was great compared to Japanese Wagyu. But that is just the meat.. not the restaurant nor the chef. Overall great experience!! Thank you

My co- worker dropped my off Friday afternoon and she headed home. I was not expecting this fine dining experience from a Bistro. I had the Octopus and it was tender and delicious. I will come back to try the Halibut. I heard the couple at the next table talking over the menu, we have tried this or that, let's try x this time or repeat x becuase it was delicious.

I went to Altura today for the first time and bought a burger for lunch. It was simply the most amazing burger I’ve ever had!

Tuesday September 4th, our party of 4 had dinner. The steaks were perfect, the scallops were overcooked to the point that 2 of us would have sent them back to the kitchen however the late hour deterred us. Our bill was $497.00 which did not include the$$100.00 tip. Our scallops were $47.00 each for very small scallops and very overcooked scallops.

See their Facebook page for correct hours and menu. They do a lunch takeout menu, then open for dinner at 5 p.m.
Will update after I eat the food.

Altura Bistro makes some of the best food in town. Featuring a weekly special, they keep things fresh and offer a variety of options for lunch and dinner. I've never had or heard a complaint in person in regards to their food or workers and I will continue to order food for pickup- as well as dine in sometime in the near future.
The building is tucked away so can be somewhat difficult to find unless you utilize google or facebook but word of mouth has made the spot very popular amongst locals.

We traveled from New York and had a great expectation for this restaurant since it’s highly rated. Overall, food was quite expensive. However, most dishes were too salty for us so even tho they were well seasoned, we really can’t enjoy them. The steak was burnt on the surface too and the bitter taste just ruined the whole thing (which cost 75 dollars). The highlight of this dinner was the elk tartare. Service was good too but our server didn’t ask us for the feedback on the meal in the end.
