Love the Asian boneless chicken wings and the Cole slaw. This time the boneless wings were over done. The coating was to hard.

I came in with my husband and we waited to be seated. I realized we had entered through the car side door so we start moving to the front to be seated by a waitress.
We had seen a waitress come from the back so we asked her if she would be able to seat us. She responded with a little bit of an attitude but I understood because we entered through the wrong door.
Making my way to the front we saw many people sitting around and my husband goes to sit in a chair to wait for me to speak with the waitress. Immediately the blonde girl starts raising her voice at us and another lady about “you have to go to the front the front the front you have to go to the front to be seated”.
it was in the most gross manner most rude and unprofessional manner I have ever been treated in a food establishment.
Instead of arguing we stand their hoping to get a seat to be able to order some steaks.. then the blonde girl grabs the sign and starts waving her hand around, slamming her hand on the please wait to be seated sign while talking to my husband as if he was incompetent because English is not his first language.
This was the worst experience I have ever had. The waitresses on shift for that should not be in their place at all, this is not how people should be treated. EVER. Highly disappointed and disgusted especially because we were really looking forward to having a date here.

VETERNS DAY MENU DOES NOT HAVE STEAK, CHICKEN, OR SHRIMP!!!!!

The shotty service I can understand from any applebees as I go quite frequently. But this night in particular I was excited to go out with my Navy Vet Grandmother and myself (Active Duty Army) to enjoy some nice 6oz steaks off their Veterns Day menu. I was disappointed to find that this Applebees location being in the heart of the largest military population percentage decided to exclude 3 popular items from their Veterns day menu that Applebees put out as part of their franchise menu 2 weeks prior. This applebees Excluded the 6oz Sirloin, the Lime Fiesta Chicken, and the Shrimp from their menu, items that cost a mere 2 or 3 dollars more compared to the items they decided to keep. I am utterly disappointed and will be taking my grandma as well as other Vet friends to other establishments that actually follow their organizations standards. If you see the menu online And it says they have 7 full entres that is a LIE. This location only has 4. I doubt they even offer the 5 dollar push back card.

Everytime I have a pick up as a doordash driver they always walk past me about 10 times. Never acknowledge me. They act like they can’t hear or see me. So my customers food always gets cold.

We go after 9 pm for 1/2 price appetizers! Get the neighborhood nachos, it's huge and can easily feed two people.

The food was good. The pay at your table idea didn't work out. Server took forever to take my bill and the staff defended her slow attendance. :(

Don't order delivery here unless you want to receive a completely different item than you ordered.
How are you going to give some mashed potatoes when they ordered a loaded baked potato with extra sour cream that COSTS extra as well and just give them mashed potatoes?? Not to mention the price difference in those items, you are STEALING from your customers, you realize that right?

The worst steak we have ever attempted to eat/chew! Smothered in overcooked onions. Ordered one medium and one rare. They were both raw! We couldn’t cut them and tried biting them like a burger but were so tough we had to spit them out. The dessert cinnamon buns burned and so hard you couldn’t pull them apart. The mashed potatoes were good. The salad was even bad. The tomatoes and cucumbers were cut so small you needed a spoon but all you could taste was the cucumber peel. I have eaten at this location several times for lunch and always been happy but these dinners will go down in history as the worst dinner we have ever had. They did bring the order to my car so got three stars for service.
