We were in line forever waiting for the guy in front of us complaining that a sandwich could cost $8 and nobody else even tried taking any other orders. Then a very trashy woman with long hair (employee) walked up to another register and started violently punching buttons and yelling at the top of her lungs in another language to another employee behind her in the kitchen (in another room) not even facing her. We were discussing what to order but I had to stop FIVE times because I couldn’t hear my wife one foot to my left because the woman twelve feet away was yelling so loudly. Mind-boggling lack of social awareness at this place. We left without ordering.

Great food, very pricey food. I spend more per meal here then any other fast food location. So deals are key, aside from the high prices the food is great. The Arby's on northernlights/Benson seems to have there milkshake machine down more then a few times. I've gone at 11pm, drove 10mins just to get a mochashake so its pretty disappointing to be told they cant make one..... AGAIN.

Place an online order and they still forgot half the order. When I call to try to get the situation remedied I get asked if I’m sure all of my food is missing or if I’m just overlooking it I know how much money I paid at this place so I know how much food I should get and I know you guys missed half.

Food is normally pretty good, this is my go- to Arby’s. Just picked up some late night dinner and one of 3 total things that I ordered is missing, but I was still charged. I guess I should’ve checked the bag sure, but it’s almost $5 for two chicken tenders that I didn’t even get? And I didn’t take a receipt so there’s no way to make it right. Real bummer, not cool Arby’s night shift

It was clean. But everything took time. Too much time. Had to wait to place our order because no one was on register. Had to wait for it to be made. The potatoes were old and room temp. The person I was with had to wait the full cook-time on chicken. Of course, they were out of ketchup too.
