My last two visits were poor! 1st visit, my Arby Q sandwiches were cold. No heat was applied, at all. 2nd visit, the unsweetened iced tea tasted gross, AND smelled spoiled, like toilet water. I need to go puke now!

The guy working the drive through today 3/12 at 10:15 pm was great! You don’t get a lot of friendly workers at fast food places anymore. Most of the time now they barely even speak to you or look at you so I appreciate the extra mile of customer service he gave outside of getting my order out quickly and correctly.

When you order from Uber eats apparently it’s Uber’s fault that they don’t get your order right and so when it’s a third-party they’re not responsible for not getting your order correct it’s clearly the guy that’s just picking it up…. spoke with the young man on the phone tonight and clearly he has no concept of what true customer service is…. I guess because we’re here in Anchorage and the employees care more about their personal issues rather than getting their customers orders correct.. this place is going to be out of business in the next three years guaranteed
