Just ordered some burgers, we got one deluxe meal that was raw like not even fully cooked, are they trying to kill everyone.

The guy working the drive through today 3/12 at 10:15 pm was great! You donāt get a lot of friendly workers at fast food places anymore. Most of the time now they barely even speak to you or look at you so I appreciate the extra mile of customer service he gave outside of getting my order out quickly and correctly.

When you order from Uber eats apparently itās Uberās fault that they donāt get your order right and so when itās a third-party theyāre not responsible for not getting your order correct itās clearly the guy thatās just picking it upā¦. spoke with the young man on the phone tonight and clearly he has no concept of what true customer service isā¦. I guess because weāre here in Anchorage and the employees care more about their personal issues rather than getting their customers orders correct.. this place is going to be out of business in the next three years guaranteed
