When you order from Uber eats apparently it’s Uber’s fault that they don’t get your order right and so when it’s a third-party they’re not responsible for not getting your order correct it’s clearly the guy that’s just picking it up…. spoke with the young man on the phone tonight and clearly he has no concept of what true customer service is…. I guess because we’re here in Anchorage and the employees care more about their personal issues rather than getting their customers orders correct.. this place is going to be out of business in the next three years guaranteed

They rang the order up wrong and they made my sandwich with cheese when I expressed I was severely lactose intolerant and they didn’t even make me a different one. So not in a happy mood about this. Thinking about calling corporate on them.
