I spent over $70 for my family and a majority of the food was cold, mozzarella order was incomplete, and the quality of the food was just terrible. Gonna try to post a video of the rock hard bun banging against my counter. I’m hoping this will get the owners attention and they’ll reach out to me because the store refuses to answer the phone

Food is always fresh and they're always quick with orders. Absolutely amazing customer service from the whole team. Kindness goes a long way and fast food isn't the best job but the way these people communicated with me made me have hope in humanity again. A huge thank you to the beautiful lady with the cute nails for turning my bad day around!!

So I wanted my au jus with no water. I felt like it was a simple request. I wasn't going to drink it right away. But it had water and they kept saying they don't sell it without water added. Like it's impossible to NOT ADD water. I'm confused because it's the same as "no sauce added" situation. No one could explain why they were being strict on it. Service is nice but the annoyance they were giving me over a simple request and not a very good explanation to why I can just have it in powder form left me feeling perplexed. I ordered it this way many times before.

Just ordered food from the drive thru. They gave me the wrong food twice and I didn't notice the second time till I already pulled out of the parking lot.

The amount of stars on this truly depends on the employees working. Maybe not there fault, possibly from understaffed issues but sometimes I love Arby's and others I'm left a little dissatisfied.

What I got of my food was delicious but if your going to charge dang near $10 for one burger you should make sure it gets into the bag :-( got a call within a day and they’re working to fix the issue so changing my review :-)

Alaskan Frost

Although the food is the same, the customer service is somewhat lacking. We ordered the jalapeño bites and asked for extra bronco sauce. When we got home, which is all the way across town, we saw that we didn't aget any of the sauces that we had asked for. Please check your orders before leaving the restaurant. We have definitely learned our lesson.
